The older lady we have several bad experiences with. The first bad experience we had was when we did a carry out order. My fiance and I came in and stated we had a carry out order that we did not see on the carry out rack. She asked me to show her the order receipt and I could not pull it up because there is no signal in town. I was able to pull up in my bank account statement. She states that the transaction was their store number but because there was no “order receipt” she could not do anything. The next bad experience we had was with the same older lady. She was very unsanitary and coughed right on our food several times. She is continually rude and just acts like she hates her job. I understand it’s not a thrilling job but she is very rude and unsanitary.

Older lady behind the counter is absolutely a lunatic, she is rude for no reason, and doesn’t even know how to do her job, she doesn’t know what basic ingredients are called and when she wasaling the sub she was disrespectful to me and my family. Absolutely outrageous!

I had gone into Subway at 2:30pm on 6/8/25 and the older lady behind the counter was outright rude! I had walked up to the counter and she just stared at me and didn’t ask how I could be helped or nothing. Then she started throwing my food on the sandwich and without her asking if I wanted my sandwich toasted or not she continued to move forward to the vegetables. I politely asked if I could have my sandwich toasted and she rolled her eyes and got crappy with me. Then after taking my sandwich out of the toaster she never once said asked what I would like and gave me a dirty look so I started listing off what I would like. She then checked me out and continued to be rude and give me dirty looks. When I got back to the fire department to eat with my fiance I opened my sandwich and it was turkey instead of Black Forest ham like I had asked for. I will not go back into subway and order a sub if that lady is working I didn’t appreciate the dirty looks or anything when I was ordering my food along with being rude and crappy. Thanks Subway for hiring a lady that will not help your service!

I used a coupon to get a 6ft salami sandwich with some veggies. I had not eaten there in like a year. Was disappointed that they no longer have spinach, at least at that store. There was not enough meat in my sandwich either. When I went a year ago there was definitely enough meat. If I was to pay full price for a sandwich like that, would rather go make my own sandwich..you should get what you pay for and even if you use a coupon it should still be made the same way so customers will come back and pay full price, if they really like it. Sad though that some resterants don’t see it that way anymore.. you can do better…

Food is always delicious and staff are usually friendly, but not this time. I order online and always show up a little late to give them extra time in case they’re busy. I showed up to get my melt off the rack and the lady behind the counter informed me that my melt will taste great, but in store they recommend only getting 3 toppings on them so they don’t go all over. If Subway only wants me to have 3 toppings then why don’t they only allow me to pick 3 on the app? Sounds like you just don’t want to do your job. I don’t care if it’s messy, that’s what I want on my sub.

My daughter-in-law and I ate salads at this place , within 45 minutes after we ate we began violently getting sick. She was sick for an entire day I was sick for 2 days with stomach problems for another 3 days. My daughter-in-law has gotten sick several other times within a day of eating here. We weren’t sure at first but now we are definitely sure that it’s all because of this place and they must not be very hygienic. The food doesn’t look or taste bad and it doesn’t look dirty in there but something is obviously unsanitary.

They deserve ZERO stars!! Not our only bad experience here but this is the worst. We opened the sandwich and there was a hair in our sub. The tomatoes are green!! Just AWFUL!!!!

Just waited at the counter for 5 minutes without anyone coming out of the back. Opened and closed the door twice so the door alarm in the back would go off. Usually have to remind them of the extra cheese on certain sandwiches. 4 onions and 4 peppers seems like a rip off for an eleven dollar sandwich.
