Complaint Regarding Employee Behavior – February 5th, 9:10 AM
Hello Manager,
I visited your Subway location on February 5th at 9:10 AM to order a sandwich. While I was placing my order, a middle-aged Spanish woman working behind the counter was talking on the phone using AirPods. She did not respond to my questions and seemed completely inattentive. When I asked about my order, she became visibly frustrated, raised her voice at me, and insisted that I order the vegetables in a specific manner.
I found her behavior unprofessional and disrespectful. I expect courteous customer service, and this interaction was disappointing. I am bringing this to your attention in the hope that appropriate action is taken. If I encounter the same behavior again, I will escalate this issue to Subway’s corporate office.

So ive come to the conclusion that you should never order from here unless you plan on ordering directly in person. I’ve used the subway app twice now and instead of contacting customer when something is out they just put whatever they want on sandwich. Paid extra for mozzarella both times. First time I let it go but when I went in early this time as they were making it I asked and instead she put a ton of provolone to make up for it and told me it’s been discontinued for a while. First of all that’s way too much cheese for me and not a big fan of provolone in first place. I also in the app asked for extra of certain veggies and when I asked her nicely to put more I feel like she just ignored me completely what i said I put in app and brushed me off.
They were nice enough to give me managers number and take a bag of chips for the extra money I paid.
At end of day this was my go to place for sandwiche but I will not be coming here any longer and I warn anyone else who comes here to not use the subway app. The subway on San Tomas and Campbell Ave near Walgreens is much better.

He was attentive. It was empty inside, felt rushed. No fresh cucumbers, didn’t want the bottom of the tin. Used onions to make up for volume. Don’t go after 8, even though they close at 10. Oh yeah, churro’s there are despite all the advertising.

Well it’s a convenient location but I am not going here anymore. I don’t belive many of their reviews. When I have went in, in the past the business looks like a storage and there were hella boxes in store like it was half a storage. The the lady up front is nice but not sure who it was today. Its Usually empty and just looks mesdy dirty. Several times my order had to be changed because they were out of an ingredient, bread or chips. Like they use up what they have before they reorder product or make bread. This last time I was like just give me my money back please. So order was cancled and I have to wait 5 days for a credit. My order was large and we only had that money to order the food. Now We don’t have the money now to go else where. Eat there at your own risk or call and see if they have the products before order. I will eat at the subway in Los Gatos on Santa Cruz Ave. I never have issues there.

Most subways are just cut and paste, but the 2 Hispanic ladies that worked the store were very friendly, social with their customers and that makes a huge difference. Very friendly and polite, the tip well deserved, food was prepared well and worth another visit.
