My wife and I are in love with this place. Loved the ambiance, very comfortable with a bit of class! Staff was hometown friendly. Make sure to try pretzel with andouille and cheese sauce. Was a 10/10! We also had the tri tip sandwich with brie…excellent! I’m not so much into wine or beer so I had the espresso martini! Coming back this weekend for brunch and to watch a little football!

Hop Riot is a fantastic gem in Wheatland! You no longer have to go to Roseville or Sacramento for an intimate wine bar. The setting has warm Speakeasy vibes with a diverse selection of wine, tap beer, and food pairings. When you walk in, you are greeted like family. Shaun and the staff are impeccable! I spoke with several patrons, and every one of them said they will be regulars. I will too!
