I used to love Jimmy John’s but now they really but no meat on their sandwiches. For almost $10 a sandwich there should be more than 1 slice of turkey on the turkey tom.

Ordered a toasted Beach Club sandwich with avocado spread. It was so dried and had no avocado whatsoever. The peppers were all in the middle and the cheese was so dried you couldn’t see it. I’m very disappointed. Could have saved my money, instead of eating dried bread.

I ordered the #12 Beach Club, customized. I ordered extra turkey on my sandwich and their was no extra turkey on my sandwich. So I called the store and complained to them about it and said they put extra turkey on there and it was on camera. i got a beach club combo and it was up to par as for jimmy johns standards, but the employees at this location need to unionize, i feel terrible that they work under such management. there is zero level of personability between management and staff. watching the way the skinny, strung out, brunette woman spoke to her team made me never want to step foot back in this establishment ever again. ordering them around like dogs with no manners in sight and a creepy fake smile plastered on. in my opinion she was under the influence of something. go to the orland park location, theyre much more relaxed and the vibe is much better there.

Lady was kind to me but said I had a free chip and pickle with my rewards. I said if it’s free, give it to me. She then charged me for the pickle, and I saw on the receipt that it said free chip or pickle. The girl did not say or and even if she did I said if it’s free then give it to me. I DONT EVEN EAT PICKLES. I WOULDVE GIVEN IT TO MY BF TO EAT. I called and told the staff of the issue and they asked me to hold, so I waited. She then came back and said the girl said or and I was like she did not and the girl on the phone was like uh uh uh. I said forget it. Have a nice day. BUTTTTT…while I was there waiting an obnoxiously long 10 minutes for my 2 sandwiches, this box sat on the counter out in the open. THERE ARE LAWS AT WHICH FOOD NEEDS TO BE KEPT AT A CERTAIN TEMPERATURE SO IT DOESNT GROW BACTERIA. I don’t get take out often since I don’t live in town, but when I’m at work and want to live it up I always go for JJs. They have the best vegetarian sandwich and always deliver quickly. They also pay attention to my customizations. So many other locations just leave the lettuce on when I ask for no lettuce. This location always gets it right.
