Update- My Oral Surgeon confirmed today (02/24/2026) the affected tooth is severely broken and will need to be surgically removed under sedation.
There was something in my food and it hurt my tooth badly. While eating, I bit down on extremely hard burnt pieces/foreign objects, causing severe tooth and jaw pain. I’ve been taking 800 mg of ibuprofen because my in-network dentist does not have availability for three weeks and I cannot afford out of pocket care at this time, leaving me in significant pain with no immediate care. I am still in pain three days later. At the time of the incident, we immediately dug through the bowl by hand (apologies for the Chipotle-covered fingers) and found four pieces total. John placed this order for me. We eat frequently at Chipotle and used points for this order so it was placed through the mobile app. Despite reaching out through the app, we have not received a response regarding this serious issue. Serving food that can cause a dental injury like this is unacceptable. Not only does my tooth ache but my jaw does too. Chipotle needs to investigate this immediately to prevent anyone else from being hurt.

We finally have a Chipotle in Rincon
Service was great The place was kept clean and neat.
They were running low on a few ingredients while making the order.
Everything tasted just like Chipotle.

I stopped in at a Chipotle in my area the other day.
The lady putting the food items together was very helpful.
The lady at the register was also very nice.
The soda fountain area was clean.
Something you don’t see very often.
$38 for 2 people.
That’s for 2 burritos and 2 large fountain drinks.
Although a little pricey to me the food was rather enjoyable.
1 burrito was more than I can eat at one sitting. So actually 1 burrito could turn into 2 meals for myself which makes the price more bearable.
I will be going back as I would like to try a couple more of their dishes.
It’s two thumbs up for me.

Food was amazing once opened, now not as good quality. We accidentally ordered at the wrong location (Pooler) and the automated system and chat was not working for us. We went inside to chat with a team member and they said there was nothing they could do to help us even after using all other resources. We had our 2 small kids hungry and ready to eat and could not drive 30 mins to Pooler. I feel like since it’s all the same chain and it was a mobile order, the manager should have been able to confirm the order at Pooler and help facilitate a refund or transfer. The manager sent the team member out instead the first few times to get us to just place a new order or leave. Once the manager came out she said they were afraid of being audited and still would not help. We’re going to Pooler next time or maybe just stick with Chikfila. The service is not something I would recommend to anyone.

Went here today to try it out. Manager was extremely rude. We asked for plain rice and she said they don’t have it, she then stated that no Chipotle anywhere sales plain brown rice… But we get it in Pooler all the time..
Employees seem to be overworked… one employee in the front did not see the other rice as the brown with cilantro and lime was empty and she did not simply see the other one. The manger yelled from the back and spoke to her employee very unprofessionally. Rude to her employees…. Oh yea and they were out of chicken and brisket and when the employee asked how long for the brisket the manager said we’re not making more right now. Definitely won’t be going back to this one. Terrible service and even ruder manager.
Their portion size sucks and is not the same as normal Chipotle portions. The Guac was $3 for a tablespoon amount.

This is a chicken bowl straight out the bag. All shifted to one side and do you see the portions?!! Almost non existent. Yeah, not starting on a good note… this place is going to go down like everything else in Rincon. The pinto beans were so nasty! No seasoning and tasted like water. I probably won’t return.
