Came into the subway and ordered multiple sandwiches. The dude behind the counter was very rude and short. He slapped The meat without Care. Seemed confused about their own menu items as far as the kids meal was concerned. He had EarPods in, and when he cut the sandwiches, he did not cut them all the way through which created a situation where I was forced to tear it myself. At the end of the visit, he had the audacity to ask if we wanted to leave a tip. The store smelled like feet and there was Crumbs and goober all over the tables for the sit down area. Will definitely not be recommending this location.

extremely rude customer service and just over all stupid. me and my husband placed an order online and specifically asked for the sandwiches to be toasted for safety. they refused to toast it and when i asked the girl said “my higher up told me to not toast any sandwiches so im not going to.” and was looking up around the cameras. we’ve come here for years and have never had this issue.

Ran out of lettuce but forgot to tell anyone. As we ordered a salad then the teen looking unprofessional “manager” or shift “ lead” was indignant and rude. Horrible customer service.

First, a couple of “sandwich chefs” were incredibly good in the past, with the former owners, and also new owners with especially Kathleen, and Remi (who is still wonderful and personable) as well… awesome attitudes!!! This had always been a “go to” place to get a good, fresh, quick meal… However, tonight, (5/4/23) and one other recent time were a complete flop. 2 of 3 sandwiches had SO little meatballs, and little to no marinara, or cheese, etc. that it was ridiculous! Super dried up bread/rolls too. The sweet onion double chicken was better, thus, the 2-stars. We did order online… One was supposed to have double meatballs, and we paid extra, but it didn’t even have the regular amount of meatballs. We also gave a heafty tip. If this were the first time, we wouldn’t ever come back. Not sure if the managers ever read this, but more customer satisfaction please… Sorry to give a bad review.

The employee was kind and enjoyable which earned the 3rd star. It would appear they always have something broken or not available. The last order we tried with them was missing multiple items when we went to pick it up, no one would have noticed it I didn’t say something about it. We won’t go back which is sad, we enjoy a properly operated Subway but this one isn’t it.

Went in there tonight and a younger gentlemen was working, was not greeted or acknowledged. Service was super slow, and we got told we can no longer order spicy Italians, he also did NOT wash his hands or change gloves between touching the till and food. Terrible, gross service and we will not be going back.

The vegetables are more often then not limp (Soupy Tomatoes, Soggy Lettuce, Etc.) and the portions are rarely consistent. Some times I will get no meat, no lettuce, and a hundred pickles. Other times I may get too much meat and little of everything else.
I hate to be so harsh, and leave a bad review, but they are charging a lot of money for a very mediocre (at best) sandwich. It used to be very good too!

I wish I could give this no stars … ugh …. I don’t understand…I order 2 subs and it came to 18$ I wanted the Philly steak ..they had absolutely no onions !! So I ordered different … then I ordered a simple ham and cheddar cheese…the cheese wasn’t the normal slice cheese
It was the Mexican 3 cheese blend you use for like tacos!!!
Then to top it off I ran my card and it asks if I want to TIP?!?!?!
When did subway start accepting TIPS !!!! Needless to say I just can’t go back ..prices went up and the food quality was either nonexistent or cheaply bought ..I just can’t ..heartbreaking

Ordered online so it would be ready for my lunch time. Got there and they hadn’t even started it. My lunch break was over and I lost money at work returning late from lunch. Order was made all wrong and my co-worker had to return it all. Came back with the worst food ever purchased at subway. I will never be back to eat. But tomorrow I will be back for my money!
