Usually their Lunch Combo is decent, but this time we went for dinner n got Chicken with Broccoli. I’m not sure what kind of chicken this is, it tasted like styrofoam… maybe just stick to the Lunch Specials and away from Chicken with Broccoli. This isn’t the only time went to Chu’s n wasn’t satisfied with our Order… Might just be the last too… I’d go back for LoMein

Food is normally good, but they need to read comments. I ordered something vegetarian with no eggs for a guest and it had eggs when I got the takeout home. I had to make alternate arrangement, unacceptable!
Food appeared to be not freshly cooked either.

Ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen for takeout. It was a good portion and cooked well. Not as spicy as I had hoped, though. So if you enjoy spicy food, I recommend adding a comment when ordering for extra hotness. Still not a bad taste. Restaurant is spacious and clean, with very polite staff. Happy to support a local small business that serves decent food.

I ordered the tonkotsu ramen for takeout and was seriously impressed. The broth was rich, creamy, and full of deep pork flavor—exactly how authentic tonkotsu should taste. The noodles had a great chew, and the toppings (chashu pork, soft-boiled egg, green onions, and wood ear mushrooms) were fresh and well-balanced. Even as takeout, everything held up perfectly. Honestly, one of the best ramen experiences I’ve had without dining in.

The spicy tonkotsu ramen is simply outstanding! The broth is rich and creamy, delivering a perfect blend of heat and umami that makes every spoonful irresistibly delicious. The noodles are cooked to perfection, offering the ideal texture, while the toppings add depth and flavor to every bite. If you’re a fan of bold, spicy ramen, this dish is an absolute must-try!

I usually order food for takeout from here and I enjoy many of the dishes I order. I recently had the miso ramen and it was delicious! Generous portion size and great taste.

Chu’s just added ramen to the menu, and it’s pretty good! The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles have the perfect chew, and the toppings bring everything together. Whether you’re a ramen fan or trying it for the first time, it’s definitely worth a try!

We ordered several food items for take out, and we were really looking forward to eating it. I hate to say it though… the majority of the food was just really bad.
I got the pork and eggplant dish, a chef’s special. Everything in it was soggy and overcooked.
My partner got the stir fried noodles with beef and black pepper, also a chef’s special. It had no flavor and didn’t taste or look stir fried at all.
They forgot our egg rolls and gave us edamame instead. The edamame wasn’t bad.
The egg drop soup wasn’t bad either.
My partner said the staff member was friendly so another star for that.

I ordered the dry fried chicken with hot chili pepper. After the drive home after pick up, the outside was still crisp and not soggy. The owner provides great customer service and is open to input that customers provide because he truly wants to make his food better. I do recommend giving Chu’s Cafe a chance and hope they are open for dine in soon.
