Food is great. Service was great. My favorite part though? The employees. The food at every subway is the same but those 2 employees just have that” come back in next time we got you” vibe to bring in regulars.

Amazing workers! All nice, make the food quickly. The only problem is the owner while working with the employees, always bossing them around to do stuff. Takes them longer when the owner is there because they have to do other smaller things.

One of the best subways I’ve been too! It’s clean and the veggies are always fresh. And Sabrina is genuinely one of the nicest and happiest people I have ever interacted with! Definitely would recommend!

So sad to say, I had the most horrible experience just trying to purchase a six inch sub. Manager is clueless on how to run this location and extremely disrespectful. I will never step foot in this Subway again!

I’ve been to this subway location several times and I’ve always been pleased. The restaurant is very clean and the employees were friendly and responsive in preparing my sandwich. Also should be noted is that this Subway charges about $2 less per sandwich than the Subway store in New Lenox. Keep up the good work!

Some of the employees are condescending and rude. They took a coupon one day and wouldn’t the next. Totally valid coupon, lady was just in a bad mood. She let out a big disgruntled sigh when another customer walked in. Sometimes they are fast, sometimes painfully slow. Just an average subway, totally depends on who is working there. There are a couple great employees and a few that shouldn’t be in customer service.

This is absolutely the best Subway restaurant. My wife and I love Subway sandwiches. Unfortunately most Subway franchises skimp on the meat and load up on the lettuce. We quit eating at Subway because of this. UNTIL we stopped at Manhattan Subway. They load up your sandwich generously!! Worth every dollar and so tasty!! If you have had bad experiences with the low budget Subway franchises, The Manhattan Subway will change your mind!! Great staff, incredible sandwiches!!

Overall this Subway is super clean, the sandwich was good. The only downfall is the price. Subway has gotten so expensive it’s sometimes not worth stopping at.

Consistently the best SubWay in my opinion. Veggies are always very fresh which I love. I always stop here on my Ky to Tn travels and back.
As a bonus, the attached Shell gas station seems to have the best gas at prices that are lowest in the area, right next to I-64.
