I place mobile orders and drive thru to pick up. Has never been a problem and my food is ready immediately at the window. Now when you place a mobile order they send you around the building to stand and wait outside a window. It causes a terrible traffic jam in the parking lot and is a serious liability. Then the employees forget about you because you’re not their priority, the drive thru is. Hoping management sees this and stops this ridiculously inefficient procedure. I use mobile orders to easily send my order straight to the restaurant and make things easy for me and employees. I can just order at the speaker and things will move slower for everyone. Very pointless and inconvenient.

2 times now I’ve order CINNAMON twists and only got twists..there not supposed to be white..where’s the CINNAMON??? I understand cutting back on product but these are cinnamon twists..im really sure taco bell can afford cinnamon sugar..Also the meximelts i ordered were microwaved so long that you couldn’t peel the paper from the tortilla…it was too far for me to drive back so I lost out on my entire order.. please do better

I ordered a Cantina Chicken Quesadilla with Chipotle sauce instead of the Verde sauce, they got the order correct, but they only cut the quesadilla into 3 instead of the usual 4, and the Chipotle sauce containers were barely even half full instead of the usual completely full. The cheese on the quesadilla was not even melted, and the quesadilla was not cut correctly, so I had to cut it myself so I didn’t have to pull it apart.

Since I moved to Lake Charles in August I’ve gone to Taco Bell countless times and never had a problem but today the girl at the window was so rude. I placed an online order and I told the AI thing I had an online order and the AI told me “see you at the window” when I got to the window the girl was so confused and asked what my order was was. When I told her she said next time you have to stop at the speaker and I told her I did and she told me no you didn’t you have to stop and tell it your order and I again told her I did and she preceded to ruff and roll her eye at me and said “have a good day with a attitude”

The service used to be good, but the past few times I’ve gone it’s been absolutely horrible. Whether I’m getting cussed out, my order is wrong, or waiting for 30 minutes. Extremely disappointed.

They only use Doordash for delivery through their app, which I dislike. I do not use Doordash as a personal preference due to past experience with the company. I used to be an employee. I was not a delivery driver, I worked for the actual company.
I ordered 3 tacos, a quesadilla, chips and guac and some drinks for my adult son and I. the taco shells tasted rancid. I couldn’t even eat them. the chips and guac was a joke. i got a small bag of chips which is WAY too much for the tiny container of guac I received (which was only partially full, maybe slightly more than half. there was no mild sauce whatsoever, the quesadilla said it came with chicken and cheese, but there was a sauce on it too which was not included in the description, nor was there an option to remove it in the app. my son has iphone and it’s an option in his app but we ordered through mine (Android), and there was no option to remove it, but it wasn’t noted as being included in the quesadilla. the only thing they got right was the drinks. extremely disappointed to pay (tip) for delivery with this order. The delivery was free because of a promo they had for certain dates. That was the only good thing about this order.
