A lot of people leaving bad reviews don’t understand how all you can eat KBBQ works lol. As someone who eats KKQ often I say their service and food quality are good. Compared to other locations, their price isn’t bad- especially when you go during happy hours. They do not charge per person, it’s PER MEAT which is all you can eat. You are not charged for refills on the meat you originally ordered. If you want to save money, stick to 1-2 proteins. They are good at refurbishing meats and sides. I think it’s a good spot so don’t let the bad reviews with lack of understanding, stop you from trying out their KBBQ. As for their regular food- never tried it lol.

Thank you New Gangnam Korean BBQ! <3 I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times and always had great experiences! The food is delicious, the staff is quick and friendly. They are so attentive, always checking in and giving us multiple refills of whatever sides and drinks we wanted. They even helped us cook some of the food during our first time there. I love all the sides they have to offer, they are all so delicious and always fresh! I have already recommend this place to all my friends, and recommend it to you too! :) They do have an added tip 18% but always deserve more!

Not liking the service charge of 18% that it is shown on a handwritten sign. When you get the recipe it is called a tip! And the tip is calculated with the tax included.

The food was absolutely delicious. The music could’ve been a bit louder. Atmosphere was comfortable. But the downside is they auto tipped themselves 18% for a party if 2 adults and 1 child. ($30 tip, which is outrageous because all she did was wheel out a cart of sides. I will say that the portions were very generous. Kalbi 10/10.

Honestly if I could rate it with no stars I would the waitress was very rude and had an attitude towards my group and then, when we asked to split a check she scoffed and rolled her eyes and then proceeded to add a double tip to the checks. Food is good but they need to hire new employees.

This place has good food. The BBQ is fine, but there is an 18% mandatory TIP, that they refused to remove. This was for a party of three, and the service is VERY slow, had to ask for drink refills, more sides, and usually took a few minutes to find someone on the floor to get these things for us.

I never leave bad reviews. The customer service here was so bad! They were rude and didn’t have half the stuff listed on the menu. To add to it all, they say that they are all you can eat, but you cook your own food and the grills are only big enough to cook your meat completely one time. Additionally, with such poor customer service there is an automatic tip added to your bill no matter what (not just for big parties). I feel like they treat people like shit because they know they will get their tip anyways! Seoul Korean BBQ has much better food and way better customer service!

I ordered the lunch bibimbap. Beef had great flavor and came with plenty side dishes. I liked that the rice was served on the side so you can manage the rice portion. Plenty of veggies to substitute for the rice.
