Placed an order through the app. Arrived a few minutes before time to be ready. Walked in and guy behind counter said ran out of bread and it would be 10 minutes. Ok, I understand that. Went back to car to wait. Came back in 10 minutes later and the guy said would be ready in 10 minutes. I told him he just told me that 10 minutes ago. He just smiled. As I am typing, still waiting another 10 minutes, for 30 minutes total. Would cancel order if there was another Subway closer. Will probably not come back to this location.

Hands down the cleanest, most organized Subway I have ever been to. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The sandwiches and ingredients are fresh and delicious. By far my favorite Subway store.

had a wonderful experience at this Subway! The restaurant was spotless—from the sparkling floors to the neatly organized food prep area, everything looked well cared for and hygienic. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every employee I interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. They greeted me with a smile, patiently walked me through my order, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. I have picked up from this Subway about 3 times now. Every time I go in I am greeted by the same man with a smile! My order has never been wrong and it appears the workers really enjoy working there.

Think this location was bought out recently as the employees and managers have all changed almost overnight. With that being said, the service is excellent!! Very polite and always made right. Even my wife had gone by herself and mentioned the service and staff are polite and great. We’ve been a bunch recently and the service is always awesome.

The man making my sandwich walked from the back room with a paper towel. Wiped his mouth and nose with it and threw it away then scratched his backside and proceeded to put on gloves to make my sandwich. I asked him to wash his hands and had to tell him to stop, remove the gloves and wash his hands. He did do this thankfully but idk if I’ll be back. What if I hadn’t seen him? I never leave a bad review. This was terrible service

After standing in line for 20 minutes I had a promo code for a 699 ft long sub and in the promo it clearly stated you could purchase it in store at the register online or through the app but they refused I even showed them it and they just didn’t care which sucks because I was really looking forward to eating Subway today but after this type of service I don’t know if I will ever want to go to a Subway again unless this is made right it is the subway located at 68480 LA-59 STE 3A, Mandeville, LA 70471 it really sucks when you’re low on money for lunch so you’re trying to get a good deal only to be embarrassed in front of a whole line of people because I had to walk out and not either lunch because they want an honor their promo they didn’t even try

The deal was buy one get one half off. Got both at full price. It didn’t taste fresh the spinach was limp and the tomato was mushy. I’ve been there before and it was great. But this time not so much and it wasn’t busy. The way I was treated they won’t get a lot of return business.
