Just finished lunch or I should say tried to finish what I got today. Got about a quarter of the way through it and had to throw it away as it was pretty gross. The service was just as bad the lady behind the counter had nothing but attitude. Insulting, obnoxious and just all around not a nice person. While I was waiting for my order another person came up and she was just as rude to him. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt figuring maybe she was just having an off day. But judging from other reviews it sounds like it’s a pretty common occurrence.I wis I’d read them before going.She should definitely not be in customer service. Hadn’t been to it since their other place burned down. Apparently I haven’t missed much and I won’t be going back. Maybe they should read some of their reviews.. just a thought.

Honestly the food is decent, but unfortunately that doesn’t matter when the customer service provided is absolutely horrendous. My Significant other decided to go to this place to pick us up something to eat for valentines day and was met with utter rudeness. she had asked the lady behind the counter if they had any teriyaki chicken and was told “cant you read the menu? if you can’t then you’re stupid. learn to read.” we went prior to this and was met with bad customer service as well from the same lady. for the price of the food here being above average we at least expect a smile and decent service. The man on the other hand is a treat to deal with its just the lady that ruins the entire experience here. I recommend avoiding this place unless the Man is behind the register and not the woman.

I love this place. Killer food! Prices are slightly lower than Sandpoint’s normal $20-$30 a plate. It is a mostly take out experience although you could dine in on a couple of small tables.
If you’re looking for a great Chinese-American grub session, there’s just nothing better in town!!
I highly suggest knowing the menu and what you want before you call. My go to is the fried rice, sweet and sour dual (chicken and pork) and beef with broccoli. Perfect to fat kid out in front of the TV.

I’ve delivered products to this gas station before and when I saw how clean the kitchen was and how fresh the ingredients they were using I had to try, very delicious. Its bog standard chinese take-out- not a bad thing! It serves its purpose perfectly and deliciously.

I called and ordered a large selection of food the previous day for pick up the next day. It was ready before pick up time and packed perfectly. I had vegetarian dishes and it was tasty and very fresh, less oily and vegetables were crisp and flavorful. I will def. be a repeat customer.

Want Chinese-American food in Sandpoint? This is it, unless of course you think Safeway’s deli has good wok fare. It is primarily take out, being in a gas station, yet there are a few little tables should you wish to sit with the folks patiently waiting for their orders to take home. It’s a rather unfriendly couple running it, which kinda freeked the Wifey out, but I had to explain to her they were busy as h***, and didn’t have time to pull out pics of their grandkids to show. Regardless, the food was outstanding. I’m so darned tired of asian joints putting too much sugar in their dishes for us gringos, but these guys thankfully did not over do it. My Twice-Cooked Pork was perfect; spicy, and had quite a generous amount of protein. I did not get a pic of it because I was hammered at the campsite by the time I was hungry, sorry. Star of the show was Wifey’s Wor Wonton Soup. Broth was excellent, and not too salty. Tons of protein in it, as well. Keep in mind they get creamed at peak lunch/dinner times should you be visiting the area and craving asian food…

Food tastes good, not great, but they have a ton of options. The lunch special is a pretty good deal. They use a lot of vegetables for fillers, so you don’t get as much meat as you do at other Chinese restaurants.
