It’s small but mannnnn they are always on it. I’ve only one time had to wait a while for my food and it was a line of door dashers waiting that clearly a ton of orders went in at once and they just couldn’t control that. The burgers are by far the best burgers I’ve ever had. Fries are always amazing. The sauce is so good. But mainly anytime I call or order online they have my food ready in 10-15 min and as a mom with a car full of kids, that is just so appreciated. Came here after a failed date night at another restaurant down the street that took two hours to get us cold food, I knew I could count on Smashburger bar to feed me ♥️ love you and I need you to stay here forever

Honestly i was recommended to this place by a few coworkers and the presentation of the food is nice but maybe its not for me its just got alot going on as far as the cinnamon on the bun and the fake looking cheese on the fries and the huge chives. it just wasnt my thing i guess. but aside from that this was my first time coming here and i was unaware of the combos not coming with a drink . i think you guys should teach the young man at the counter to let customers know before payment has already gone through for 15$!!!. I just ended up going next door to the pizza place to get a drink because i felt the cashier here was not trying to accommodate his mistake of not telling me drinks were not included so i can add it on. anyways i probably wouldn’t come here ever again honestly . but only because this isnt really what i expected .

Tonight was our first visit and I have to say I’m impressed. The food is so fresh and delicious, the portion size satisfies, the atmosphere is neat, and the customer service can’t be beat. Porter is amazing and made my husband’s birthday special with a fantastic cinnamon roll (drool….)

Food is great. Not $13-$14 for a burger and tots great but great nonetheless. Quality on beef itself seems average but the rest of the ingredients are definitely fresh. I know the beef here is fresh, not frozen, but burger in bulk may run $6-$7 a pound. For a smash burger you aren’t going for leanest either so probably even less at around $5 a pound. My guess is patty is between 1/4 – 1/3lb so no more than $2.50 for the beef which is the highest cost.
Toppings may cost them .25 cents each. Overall cost to them is probably around $3.50-$5 per tray. I know there is overhead but looking at purely food price point here.
$10 seems like a better price for a burger in most cases with maybe $12-$13 for the ones with more expensive toppings. This is Griffin. People want good food at reasonable prices. It’s kind of the expectation with a few exceptions to the area.
Now this review isn’t all negative and maybe there is something I’m not seeing driving up the costs on this menu.

The atmosphere is more of a modern pop burger bar vibe. Music is usually playing and there’s always some great songs. The real star of the show is the view. The entrance is a roll up so you can look out on part of downtown griffin or watch a tv inside while sitting outside. Hard to explain without photos but overall it’s quite nice.
Service has always been great. Honestly if the staff are getting paid most of the extra cost it’s worth it. Not sure what they pay per hour but every time they have been nice and helpful. Even bring the food to you if you have already sat down and got comfortable.

Wife and I went for lunch the end of their “soft opening” week, or the beginning of their “hard opening”, I’m not sure which. 11:30 or so and place was jam packed, which is a good sign. Food is ordered at the counter, there’s an order number on your receipt, and they’ll call out your order when it’s ready bring it to you if they’re able. A single smash burger was more than enough for each of us and while I can’t speak to the amount of fries you get, the onion rings are plentiful and the tater tots were more than I could finish. Wife had the Grip Town burger sans grilled jalapenos and I had the Jacked Up Burger. The food was pretty much perfect. Chili on mine was spot on and the palmetto cheese on my wife’s was amazing. Both sides were very good, though the tots could stand something like Lawry’s on them. The “atmosphere” needs some work, seating is tight, and it strikes one as something of a cafeteria – needs a bit of funkiness to it. Not sure where they’ll put their beer taps once their license comes through, but that should be interesting. Still, this is a 100% go and get great burger!

The food and the service here are both top notch! Plenty of options for whatever kind of burger you want, from traditional to wacky. Super fresh, and there’s no skimping on the sides either. The young man behind the counter was also incredibly attentive and polite. We’ll definitely be coming back!

My food is always fresh and tastes good. Unfortunately the price is a bit high. $17 for a burger, a soda, and 15 tater tots is too expensive. The lady at the front counter wasn’t friendly either both times I’ve come. You also pay more for credit cards.

We decided to try this place as we were passing by, but I don’t think we’d come back again. I was expecting a burger to be juicy and the name of the smash burger, but it was a bit bland unless you added the smash sauce which came on the side. The loaded chili cheese fries were smaller than expected and a bit more expensive than what I’d expect ($12+, basically a burger and fries).
We spent roughly $50 for two burgers, tots, two drinks, and a loaded fries.

The food was delicious! Very good quality ingredients, and the fries were super crispy. Only downside is the price. We shared 1 burger with fries and a drink, and the total was around $18. I love the open-air concept and the atmosphere of the restaurant.
