Never again. I worked at a subway for years and have NEVER seen such stupidity. First of all, cuts the bread so wonky it can’t even hold anything, then drops the knife and tries to pick it up and not change gloves, until everyone yells at the worker for trying to do so. Eat here if you enjoy slop and food poisoning on a platter

I normally never have problems at this subway. There where 2 Ladies there and the short heavy set blonde lady was extremely rude to me and she only put 2 peppers on the nacho chicken, it barley had any nacho sauce at all, she charged me extra for paper jack cheese that I normally don’t get charged for, and she refused to give her name. I should get a refund for how badly she behaved not to mention the atrocious service. She needs to be fired!

Disappointed with my experience at this Subway. I’d eaten here in the past and had good service. However, my recent experience has soured me on this location. First, I tried to use my coupon for a $6.99 footlong only to discover that they would only honor it for 6 sandwich types. This included the Cold Cut Sandwich, which I decided to get. Now I discover that they over charged my credit card. Since I like to keep track of my expenses, I had recorded the purchase for the amount of $7.78 ($6.99+$0.79 for a cookie). I just found out that my credit card was charged $8.86. Unfortunately, I threw my receipt away, so I can’t readily dispute the charge. But I won’t be going back here.

If you want subway find a better spot. The young girl that made my sandwiches did not change gloves once while making my sandwiches,I am allergic to onion and she handled onions before making the sub which was mine and did not change gloves . The fine print on the coupons for 3 footlongs for $17.99 only list 5 or so sandwiches that aren’t accepted then this restaurant adds another 10 on to the list of subs they won’t honor with a coupon. When asked how they’re aloud to do that, the employee stated something along the lines of mark ups and overhead. Not the employees fault obviously but the owner should be ashamed for buying into a franchise and not fulfilling their regulations.

Obviously, Subway is always amazing, but this specific one is trashy. The girls are so disrespectful. I’ve gone here twice, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it sucks worse every time. One of the girls changed the trash, saw me walk up, didn’t wash her hands and proceeded to make my sandwich the second time I went. I’d rather drive 8 minutes out of the way than go here again. They are so unbelievably rude and nasty. It’s FOOD SERVICE.

Two different people in my group placed online orders through the app. Money is taken from both accounts. We showed up and the employee was not only clueless, but disrespectful. We showed her our phones with proof of our orders and she said “I don’t have them in my system so I can’t help you” and proceeded to call her boss. They refused to refund us or even make our food. Save your time and money, and go to Kauffman if you want Subway.

The girls there worked quickly, but they did not change their gloves between sandwiches, ringing up the sandwiches (Touching the screen, handing over the receipt), and they also upcharged bacon on a bacon chicken ranch sandwich, double meat is two dollars not four. Woke up in the middle of the night with food poisoning.

Joseph is fantastic!!!! I come in quite a bit because it’s quick and close to home and Joseph has always had a great attitude. The food is always fresh and tasty but my main reason for writing a review is basically to commend Joseph for being a fantastic employee by firstly being great at sandwich making of course but mainly for having excellent customer service skills. I look forward to coming in for the food and nice conversation!

I’ll never order from this subway again. I placed an online order and made customizations to my sandwich. When I got home the order was missing items on it and had items I asked to be removed. When I called to tell what was wrong the woman argued with me she made the correct order. I hung up and said I’ll never eat Subway again. There’s plenty of places I can get better subs.
