The Hot Plate is located in old Rivertime building in Nenana Alaska. We opened in August 2022. Open for lunch and dinner. Features a salad bar, and a hot plate special weeknights beginning at 5pm. We have sandwiches, pizza, salads, daily soup option, milk shakes, pie and other desserts, and fresh hot coffee.

Look for the Flour Girls INSIDE the Coghill General Store. Head all the way to the back. Trust me, it’s worth the search. Best cinnamon roll I think I’ve ever had in my life: homemade everything. Try the cherry limeade with fruit! This is a pretty remote bakery, so ask what’s fresh instead of just making an order. Take time to chat with the owners. They have a great story and absolutely love Nenana (and will make you love it too). Hope these gals stay in business for a looooong time!
