I pulled into this cookout at 11:19PM I proceeded to wait 30 MINUTES to even make it to the window at 11:52PM when we are greeted by the “lovely” woman at the mic who doesn’t speak of the 30 minute wait that the entire line has clearly just been through and tells me it will be a minute on my food. IT WILL BE A MINUTE! I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 30 MINUTES!!! FAST FOOD???? At this point we are questioning if they are grilling each order as they come in or even if there are only 2 employees on shift because that is the only excuse for this. We finally got our food and left after a whopping 35 minutes! Thank God the food is at least hot!

I’m deaf, I chose go drive thru. I had notes ready lists what I wants. A guy said not have corn dog. I had to go park and I had to fixed note again and then go back to drive thru. I gave to him. Then guy said “you have to go inside front, I can’t fix it, sorry”. That was truly upsetting me. I had to gave up my food and hurry to home. They waste my time. I will never go back. Not friendly for deaf.

We stopped at the Bristol parkway one and it was just 1:50 and was told they were closed .But I had checked the closing time for Thur and it says 3;00 they had plenty of time to make out food.The young man that told us they were closed argued with me that during the week they close at 2;00 but that’s not what the app or ads say.You really need to update your times before someone drives for over 30 minutes to get it to be told we’re closing

We spent over $40 the last time burgers were wrong! Today once again $40 fries were, old and cold! Burgers were correct! Yay We got onion rings because our friends talked about how good they were! I was really disappointed they were hot, but about black! We don’t go to the VA store because of bug rumors! Sorry but these guys are gonna have to get it together! I know everybody has bad days! I’ve started to hear people starting to talk! So sorry to complain but needs fixed now before it gets worse!

Great prices and a good theme. Customer service was pretty good right after church. It was full inside and can understand why young staff can be overwhelmed or lack a smile but they were helpful. The chicken tenders were good and the onion rings slapped. They have a large shake variety too.

Went at 8:30pm. Rude workers and left out more than they actually put in the bag. No phone number listed to call and I’m already home. Never going back to Bristol location. Paid $30 for $12 of food.

The food is good at all locations, there is a lot of competition in fast food. What brings me back to CookOut is people like Christina. She is friendly, helpful, and personable. She’s easy to talk to. She helped me order, explaining the tray options. She told me about the free refills, helped with the condiments, etc.
