Absolutely best experience ever at a subway. The manager juggled several orders by herself and remained positive, friendly and inviting. It was clean and she was fast. Placed an online delivery order when ordered said it would be to me in 15 mins. Now it’s saying not for another hour and I’ve called to see if I can just come pick it up and nobody will answer the phone! And only got 1 sandwich delivered not both of mine. Flat out pissed. Paid $10 in delivery fees and still had to go get one of my sandwiches.

Employee states to me, “she hates online orders” there for you get what you get because she “hates” doing them. Didn’t seem like she wants to work. Just the attitude alone is a complete turn off and will never return to this store. With also a few other bad past experiences in the resent years of going there.

I don’t get to eat out very often. There aren’t very many fast food places to choose from in Bellows Falls. I got great service and my grinder was made exactly the way I wanted it…right down to the condiments.

Placed an online order around 4:15 pm and picked up around 4:40. On one sub we got less sauce and it came drenched. I ordered a spicy italian wrap and all that came on it were my vegetables and sauce, the pepperoni and salami were completely missing.

They didn’t cancel an order we made last night which I get the girl was new and hadn’t been taught how to cancel orders online yet. But when we called and talked with them this morning they’d agreed to have the grinders ready tonight at 6 for the $20 they had taken by machine/worker default. That’s great and we were satisfied but when we got home the grinder my boyfriend got was absolutely drenched in sauce so badly the whole half was soggy and it went into my and our child’s sandwich. My sandwich didn’t have the pepperoni I paid $1.50 for and only had 3 spinach leaves on the whole thing even though I requested a little less than they’d normally do and our son didn’t get extra tomatoes or black olives (which I put more on because these are his favorite and he was most likely to eat them) Highly highly dissatisfied with the service received at this Subway location. Next time we’ll go over to north Walpole or wait until we are back in Brattleboro

Can not believe the service today. Arrived at subway in Bellows Falls before 12:30 and didn’t end up leaving until 1:00 for lunch. My whole lunch wasted waiting for my sandwich to be made. There were only 3 people in front of me in line when I arrived, and it still took this long. The person working was extremely slow and had absolutely no sympathy, ambition, anything. Very disappointed. (Not usually one to complain, but given the circumstances, I should have been in and out within 15 min. The man looked very tired… if you can’t meet work expectations, call out of work!!)

I eat subway a LOT… multiple times a week. This location never fails to disappoint. The service is usually poor, yet the prices are higher than other locations. Doesn’t really make sense. $9.79 here for a 6”, $16.29 for a footlong. $6.29 and $10.19 at other locations.
