On October 30th at approximately 1:00 I orders 2 strombolis to go. The employee cut them in half and dropped one half on the floor. I don’t know why he only sent the half instead of giving me a new one. I didn’t realize I only got a half one until today when I went to warm them up. Why,? So I literally paid $ 17.00 for this!? I told him they didn’t need to be warmed up and he said” you could have told me that before ” well I just did. That’s why I stopped you before they went into the oven. The only nice person was the female cashier. I am so disappointed and annoyed with the attitude. I don’t get out much due to my husband’s limited mobility but this has to be addressed. Rude employee and half of the food I paid full price for.
Update : I still haven’t heard anything back from the comment card I filled out. This was over 10 days ago. I feel I have wasted that time filling it out only to be ignored further. Customer service ???? I don’t know if it exists anymore

first time ever trying this place, employee waited for the manager to come up to the front to even start serving. Our order proceeded to check out and he only had one when I had asked for two spaghetti meals was super slow in getting our food did not offer napkins or utensils and as for the spaghetti, Most of the spaghetti was raw or cold and stiff and just came with a lot of water. also found a random mushroom in my spaghetti??

While there this weekend I gave the cashier a $50 bill but watched him enter that I only gave him $40. He then shorted me $10 of my change. When I told him the amount was wrong, he immediately admitted to what he did and handed me my $10. Thieving employees are the worst!

Rude cashier- male with glasses,. I have a eye condition that affects my peripheral vision and didn’t see where food was. He really couldn’t help but make some comments about needing glasses – just be nice and keep comments to yourself.

The past 2 months ive gone three to 4 times and since i believe me management has taken over the store service has been wonderful. Food has been great fresh whoever was running it in February, January. Thankfully you fired them or wherever happened to them. They need to be fired but whoever you guys decided either to promote or hire was the best choice for the restaurant

Atmosphere is shared in the mall this place is gross the food being bad can be fixed but the service is trash as well it’s like this franchise doesn’t give a shit about how their business is viewed it like they don’t want to hire folks that know how to work and work in food!! Very important but again this company at least in ABQ is a waste of your time and money for subpar food and service that is so nonexistent you’ll wonder if this place even turns a profit! Someone should buy it out and run it right!!
