Atmosphere: there’s bars/glass every where, similar to prison. The staff is so guarded from the customers it makes me feel like the store is unsafe so I don’t go there with my children, only on my lunch break real quick so I’m in and out

The experience with staff was ok. I was hungry and I’ve never eaten from here before so didn’t know what to expect. I ordered Orange Chicken. I ate most of it… then regreted it. The chicken seemed very dry or old. Over breaded. I doubt it was cooked fresh. If it was then I need to reduce the rating to 2 stars.

To start off I must say that I’m a very easy person to please but the level of displeasure in the quality of food from this establishment I experienced had to be shared. My General Tso’s chicken had a decent flavor but it wasn’t particularly the greatest I’ve had nor was it really that juicy. My rice was quite bland and I had actually opted for the fried rice option! I usually really enjoy fried rice but this mostly tasted like regular rice with a slight oniony taste. Combined with the lack of extra sauce the rice was edible but was not desirable. The egg drop soup was actually surprisingly flavorful so I appreciated that but when I got to the fried wontons they were completely stale and had no crunch whatsoever! The people that run the place seem nice, the person who took my order served my tray and was very kind and respectful but when I walked back to inquire about a lid for my soup bowl so I could take it home literally everyone was on their phone and didn’t hear me the first couple of times I tried to get their attention.
I hate to give bad reviews and really hope this is used as constructive criticism. I hope for the best for this place but it has a good bit of things to work on.

Really like this place. Went there because I’ve been looking for a good local Chinese food spot. Tried a bunch,but I think I’m done searching. Combo plates are decent and the egg rolls are phenomenal. Will definitely be trying more items from the menu.

Very good Chinese food. Very friendly staff. We haven’t even tried other Chinese places in Dover since we like this place so much. Deffinately a take out place though. The dining area is really lacking the touches of a good dining atmosphere.
