This the 3rd and best Jamaican Restaurant at this location. Service is friendy (especially Trini) and everthing I tried has been nicely prepared and tasty. Serving are pretty generous. They also sell juices, and a few baked goods.
I recently tried the weekly Fish Fry with Rice and Peas, festival, and roast breadfruit. It took a while to get my order but everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, and worth the wait. My only complaint is they need some fish gravy for the rice.
I highly recommend Shakera’s Cuisine. They have the best tasting food and the best demeanor of the local Jamaican restaurants we tried. Shakera is our favorite!

Staff were nice and welcoming once I walked in. Ordering was smooth and the service was excellent. Food was also hot and fresh. I ordered the curry goat with rice and peas and a side of cabbage. Also, the food quantity is exceptionally well for the price and it being as flavorful as it is.

Jerk chicken is good on a grill which is a plus and spicy, but my Rasta pasta had no jerk meat in it at all just pasta. Other than that thank goodness they cook there jerk chicken on a grill and not in the oven
