This was a welcome surprise. My family and I would frequent the location in Bolingbrook when it was around. After they closed we figured no other locations would be near us. We happened to be in the area yesterday and saw this location pop up in maps while searching for someplace to eat. As indicated this location is carry out only. We placed the order online and it was actually ready a few minutes before the time given. The staff that we interacted with were friendly. I gave the atmosphere a 5 even though it was carry out only but the restaurant it was in looked 5 star. I was going to complain about the pricing but we were actually pleased with the amount of food we got for the price point. I gave a 4 for the food because while the ribs were excellent the chicken was mushy and sides were fair but not great and I remember the mac n cheese being more palatable than what we got. I would definitely order from here again but not include the chicken in that order.

Wanted a pulled chicken sandwich. So, we placed an order online. We ordered some food, two pulled chicken sandwiches no cheese due to lactose intolerance and a burger. We were unpleasantly surprised to find melted cheese on both pulled chicken sandwiches once we return home. I called the restaurant, spoke with a young lady who stated “the manager was busy, but would call me back.” Well 72 hours later we never received a call. It’s for that reason we won’t return. We all make mistakes, but poor customer service is not acceptable. Just a waste of money.

They had a great Bison Burger asked for it medium and got it well done. But it was good either way so I’ll still give an overall 5 stars. Where this place really shines is the overall atmosphere of the place. That and our waitress was very polite and attentive to our needs. As for the food we got some about noon. And they were still on the ball when it came to service. It only took maybe 15 minutes to get it on the table. Can’t ask for anything better than that. Will definitely be back when I’m in the area.

One of the worst delivery experiences ever. Ordered two entrees and two sides from this place. The burger and the sandwich were passable. However, all the other items were awful and gross; simply inedible. The mac n cheese actually tasted SOUR and bland, the coleslaw was clearly old (mushy and bitter), and the fries ($3.99 for not even a handful of fries, like 10 pieces) were DOUSED in a bucket of salt. We ended up tossing all of it out. I’m not sure if the B team is working the kitchen today or what, but I never would have spent the money if I knew the food was this bad. I will stick to the Addison location going forward.

Food was surprisingly delicious! I was reluctant to go because several times I’ve visited other Famous Dave’s in the past, the bbq was too salty. However, this location’s food was well seasoned! I thoroughly enjoyed my food!!!

I actually love Famous Dave’s I’ve been a repeat customer for years. They closed during Covid in my town and never returned, so we have to go a little further. This location is sharing a spot with another restaurant so it’s pretty much online orders and take-out. With all that being said, I will not give it a 5 because they do have some insufficiencies, one main is customer service. The food is good but the last time I ordered hence this review, the beef brisket was dry and the rotisserie chicken was burnt and they gave dry white meat.

I think this was the location. My company got this for us for lunch and the food was great. The barbecue sauce didn’t drown the food and was a little sweet too, which I love. The ribs and pulled chicken were incredible. Before, I wasn’t a fan of barbecue food, but I am from this place at least.

Ordered to go and spent over $30 and the food was terrible. Everything tasted old. My order was cold. I frequently order from the Addison location so I expected the same great quality. But no. I couldn’t even finish it. I would NOT recommend this location.
