The food was TERRIBLE, now I understand why it’s only $11. Definitely not worth the money. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. I only ate a bit of the pork and egg before taking the photo because I didn’t want to waste it. The ramen was extremely salty and tasted old.

The food was disgusting. I had bad Chinese/japanese food before but this one was the worst. I ordered a teriyaki chicken yesterday with lo mein. You can smell the oil used in the food and seemed like it was used more than how much oil usage should be. I had to ask for the spring roll which clearly on the menu was included. After one bite of the spring roll, I stopped eating and didnt finish the entire meal that I ordered

0 stars. ZERO. Absolutely terrible and they shouldn’t even be in business. “Ramen” noodles are literally spaghetti. Broth is literally store bought beef stock. Not a hint of seaweed anywhere. Egg is plain and just looks like it was previously frozen. Absolutely no flavor and I don’t have COVID. Inconsistent bowl portions, and for the price is an absolute ripoff. How this place was ever opened is beyond me and it makes sense why nobody was in line.
Avoid at all costs. I wish we could’ve eaten inside so I could’ve asked for my money back. Trash.

Very bland ramen (“curry chashu”). The pork cutlets lacked natural color and tasted like fish. Incoherent service that kept screwing up my order and didn’t really know the ingredients. Mexican drinks at Japanese-named place? For any sort of spice, they could only offer sriracha, so also not Japanese. At the same cost of $8, a more authentic and flavorful ramen is at nearby Mitsuwa’s Santouka, another cafeteria spot. (Of course, unlike these two comparable places in the same venue category, authentic Japanese restaurants are expected to be at a higher level.)
Sadly, it’s at the taste and ingredient level of a store-bought Nong-Shim basic ramen bowl.

My FIRST & LAST TIME ever eating this garbage! Workers are rude, food was cold and tasteless and their menu way over priced! They false advertise the combos come with a roll but then want to charge you extra?! Not worth your time or money!!!

I got the chicken teriyaki with chow mein and rice. Lady was nice but the food was nasty. Straight up reminded me of school food. Chow mein was overcooked by like 30 minutes at minimum (soooo soggy) and the chicken was super dry.

My girlfriend and I got mistreated June 2nd 2023 by the only employee working at 5:45pm… said employee had a horrendous attitude. He also mislead us in regards to pricing. Upon realizing the actual charge, we changed our order for a different plate (better value to get something else). The employee proceeded to mix the the shrimp veggies to the steam rice. (Enough to cause allergy reaction to someone allergic to shrimp). Employee then refused to serve us and also refused to give his name but i took a picture of him.I’m sure to report this to the better business bureau Monday morning. License #68279.

Don’t ever go here! I ordered our food and waited about 20-25 minutes after going back and forth about 4 times to get our food. When I finally asked what’s taking a long time the cashier told me I didn’t order anything. Mind you, I paid for it and they did not give me a receipt so I have to pull my bank records on my phone to show that I paid them. The cashier took my phone and started scrolling my phone which shows my entire account and back records so I took the phone and she said she still needs it. I told her to just return the money and we will take our business somewhere but she said she will get the food prepared right away. When we got the ramen, the “meat” is all fat! No meat at all! All grease! Worse service and very bad tasting food! Never again!
