Food was great. The service could have been better. Felt like the employees were on autopilot and didn’t listened really well. Not a lot of places to sit. The door kept flying open and did not stay shut (and it was cold) with people constantly going in and out. Atmosphere could be improved.

We came in to get a gluten free sandwich for a celiac friend. They cleaned the entire line before making the sandwich. Even while making the sandwich they were still being super cautious. This is the best customer care I have ever seen in any place. I am proud to say that Jersey Mike’s is the place to go if you want to feel like you are being taken care of. They deserve an award. Btw, I do not work here, or at any Jersey Mike’s. This was my first time into the store, and, wow, I was impressed.

this is the best jersey mikes location there is, hands down. I absolutely love all the employees, especially the managers both named Ashley. i will go out of my way to go to this location for them alone. but on top of that everything is always clean, fresh and made perfectly. 10/10!!!

I’ve been here a few times and it’s usually good but I learned that it’s better to go into the store and order because if you do an online order this is what you get. You can see the oil stains all over the wrapper and this sandwich was covered in oil and vinegar and mustard and mayo. I couldn’t even taste the flavor of the meat or anything else because the condiments were oozing out of the sandwich. What a waste of money and horrible experience!

Good food BUT when your order it on door dash they tend to screw you out of sauce and DoorDash doesn’t have the option to add extra sauce. I’ve ordered one time that the sandwich actually had a decent amount of sauce on it (mayo, vinegar etc.). Every other time it seems they barely put any or any at all. Please quit screwing people who order delivery! Other wise good food.

This is the best Jersey Mike’s in the Utah. I have been to quite a few, but nothing compares to this one. I have had a few experiences that weren’t so great but the manager here always makes it right. The staff at this store have always been great, no matter the time of day. The food is always delicious and they always do a great job.

As a family we love jersey mikes but after our last two visits to this location I think we might need to frequent another location. The employees here are not welcoming at all. They act as if it’s a hassle to make our food and talk to us loud enough to be heard. I had to ask the employee helping me multiple times to repeat herself because we just couldn’t hear what she was saying. Instead of greeting us upon entrance they talked to the Starbucks employee who walked in behind us.. which was kind of frustrating. There was only two ladies working and one disappeared in the bathroom for a good minute while the other made multiple orders.. I don’t think it should take 15 minutes to make 3 sandwiches but it did that day.. they had moved all the chip racks behind the counter so my husband couldn’t get chips.. this was hours before closing… it was just off. Another visit had so many employees working and many of them just chatting and few actually working.. which is again frustrating as a mom with kids who are ready to eat right then and there.. I just think we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

My husband and I stopped by Jersey Mike’s in West Valley after a long morning shift, absolutely famished. From the moment we walked in, Ashley and her amazing crew made us feel like family. Their warm welcome immediately lifted our spirits, and the energy and joy this team shares while working together is truly unmatched.
