While in Virginia Beach over the Memorial Day weekend, my wife and I ordered a steak calzone and a supreme stromboli, and they were both DELICIOUS. The staff was awesome, and I wish I had their names, but the owner, cook, and the new employee who took our order were all very friendly. They were also helpful with choosing what to order, as it was our first visit to Sunrise Pizza. The location was convenient to our hotel, just a walk across the street. We will definitely be back when we return for our next visit to Virginia Beach.

Guy cooking food / owner was very rude and horrible to us! The food was bad and they need to work on people skills. Overpriced bad food, they messed up my order not once but twice. They have no idea what they’re doing.

Super expensive, the lady is super nice, however they should probably work on their people skills, first time we ever called in and she hung up on me said she had another customer she needed to take their order and she would call back so I could pay my bill, after 10 minutes she finally did call and then the delivery driver was sent to the wrong address he said. They took 25.00 delivery tip. Second time I paid cash and I again was going to have it delivered and the same lady said I would have to pay for it to be ubered to me, and she would call back, she called back within 5 minutes, and I just told her I would pick up it’s not a big deal. 150.00 for 2 pizzas 2 sub meals & cheese sticks and chicken tender app ….. Next time we come back to va beach, we’ll find somewhere out the area a lil bit… If the food would have been made the way we ordered, then okay I guess, but I ordered Philly chicken and it was supposed to have mushrooms, peppers and onions, it came with extra onions only…. I asked to substitute onion rings for fries was told yes, then ended up having fries and onion rings. And when you try to confirm there’s a little aggravation.

It was a good place to eat. Not too busy. The chicken Alfredo was good. It was a little slow when waiting but other than that a great place to go for dinner.
