Ordered lunch specials. The pizza didn’t have much sauce on it, so it was a little dry and harder to chew. The steak hoagie was banging tho . I wasn’t a fan of the spinach rolls. Didn’t have much flavor to me. Also they forgot one of the drinks,so that was a bummer also since that sells the lunch special.

Don’t order wings from here. Absolute TRASH!
First, they showed up in a cardboard container with no foil so they almost fell through the box onto the floor. Then they had no sauce on them. The little sauce that was put on them got soaked up from the box and when I called to let them know they said there was sauce put on them but the sauce is watery and that’s why I wasn’t seeing it. Hmm! The sauce is watery???? Maybe use a better sauce or make it better? After I offered to send him a picture to show the issue and I wasn’t crazy or just trying to complain his only solution was to punish the driver and send him back out with more watery sauce. 1. How is that fair to the driver who’s working for tips? Did he make the sauce? Did he dress the wings? Did he not use foil? NO.
2. Don’t put hot food in a cardboard box and if you do atleast have the sense to put foil down first.
3. If a customer is unhappy offer a better solution than waiting another 30-45 minutes to fix your own mistake.
Spent almost $49 including a tip for the driver. Won’t ever make that mistake again and hopefully this saves you from doing the same.

Found a spiral screw in breadstick. Called location to report incident as is extremely unsafe especially as our young children were eating this meal, and manager became irate, denying incident and very rude and accusatory over the phone. Extremely unprofessional. Can not believe that such a hazard was found in the found as well as the manner in which the location handled the matter. Will not return.

I want to thank the guy I spoke to last night about what pizza deals they had going on. I just got back from vacation was to tired to look online. He went over every deal even had to repeat some because I was to tired to comprehend. Then had to wait till I had to find my card due to walking in from a Long drive !
Big thank you to the delivery guy that actually brought the food to our front door and waited till I had room to put the food and drinks.
I wish I got both of their names I just wah tto thank.you for you kindness and patience while I just got back from a 16 hr drive & our family was exhausted tired and hungry ! Pizza was delicious thank you for everything !

We have loved vocelli’s for a long time and visit this business at least once a month. We used to get coupons in the mail every month and on the pizza boxes at pickup which have gone away. After this most recent order the general manager called and left a message that I did not give the driver the coupon and if this happened again I would be banned from online ordering & was incredibly rude. Such poor customer service, I will be taking my money elsewhere.

This is hands down one of the most authentic and quality pizza places in Pittsburgh. They even out compete other vocellis by a long shot. I have never once had a bad experience with them. They really go above and beyond for customers and deserve all the praise that comes their way. This is my go to place for pizza and definitely a gem of the Etna area!

I’ve given this place many chances, today I had a chicken parm sub and I took three bites and threw it in the trash. Their pizza is usually undercooked and this was no different than terrible. Today I’m officially done with this place. I gave it so many shots because it’s so close to my apartment.
