I ordered online at 5:15 and it told me to arrive at 5:30, which I did. Upon arrival, the worker told me he hadn’t gotten to the order yet. I stood there for 20 minutes while he made 3 people’s sandwiches who walked in after I did. When he moved on to make the 4th, I had to say something and he fought me about it until the kind customer in line told him it was only right to make my order. When he finally made the sandwich, it was missing the avocado, which costs $2 extra. Deeply disappointed at the lack of common sense here.

Beware when ordering from Subway app. I tried ordering and it told me it couldn’t process my payment. But guess what? It charged me $10 for an order I never received. I went to the store the next day to try and get my money refunded or just make me the sandwich I ordered. I was told by their employee, quote, ” I wasn’t here yesterday so I don’t know if you got your sandwich or not.” I told her again, I didn’t get my sandwich due to your app was not working. Still insisited I was lying. I’ll contact my bank for a refund, I will be sure to go elsewhere. I wasn’t lying to get a free sandwich, but Subway got $10. Who goes away ahead?, Not me.

Absolutely ludicrously poor customer service. They didn’t put bacon on their Subway series sub that has steak and BACON. Next time, they didn’t give me the cookies. When we called to tell them this they told us to call back later, immediately hung up, and refused to pick up next time. I will never go here again.

I stopped in for a sandwich and some soup today. They don’t have soup on the weekends. They have soups Monday through Friday only. They had chili today so I tried it. My turkey sandwich was delicious and the chili was good too. The manager was working by herself today. She was very nice and even gave me the password for their Wi Fi so I could use it for my phone. I highly recommend this Subway eatery. Keep up the Great Work. Thanks for giving me such good service. Their Hours are 8:30 am to 7pm Monday through Saturday. Closed on Sunday.
