Food was tasty and hot (always a plus when it’s both, right?). Wait staff was helpful in accommodating my wifes dietary requirements (they do have gluten free soy sauce here!). Only had to wait about 15-20 minutes for our meal (estimating there, I wasn’t paying attention really). Go check it out guys, it’s a great spot.

I went to lunch here for the first time today and wow this place was amazing. The spicy edamame and volcano roll were out of this world. The staff there is amazing and was happy to answer any questions we had about anything on the menu. I got a milk tea to go and again 10/10. I will be returning!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I got the L18 lunch bento box. The portion sizes for the sashimi and Nigiri for the price is very generous. The seaweed salad was also good. The California roll was okay, but I’m also not a big fan of the California roll, in general. They also have an extensive menu for those who don’t like sushi.

I have only taken food to go from here so far. Saying that to go sushi still rates a 5 is saying something. I’ve ordered the sushi bento box a couple of times. It comes with seaweed salad and miso soup, plus California rolls, sashimi and sushi. Honestly, it’s two meals for me for less than $20. The staff are so friendly and when you order to go, they call to let you know your order is ready, so you don’t have to wait inside and you know how long your food has been sitting. If you do go inside to order, it’s very clean. A little darker than most restaurants, so it could be very romantic. They also have chicken and beef dishes, noodle soups and Teppanyaki/stir-fry dishes. They are currently in the thick of the road construction, but you can easily get to them by driving the road behind Hy-Vee to the next interesting and they’re on your right. Go check them out!
