I ordered fettuccine Alfredo and a Lemmon’s cello cake. What I got was macaroni and cheese and a frozen cheese cake!

Absolutely disgusting excuse for a pizza place. The pizza was paper-thin, completely dry with no sauce, and arrived 46 minutes late. As compensation? A pathetic 16oz Diet Pepsi. What a joke. The customer service here is just as terrible as the food. Tried getting a refund through Slice, but of course, the shady owner refused to approve it. I placed my order at 7 PM, it was supposed to arrive at 8 PM, but didn’t show up until 8:46 PM. The owner even lied about the delivery time, but I have the driver on camera proving otherwise. This place is a scam—DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Man I have always ordered the same thing from this restaurant. Bbq chicken pizza. I will admit I haven’t ordered in a while. I have been away, but was craving that delicious pizza. I’m not sure if the problem was a new cook or what, but there was basically no bbq on the pizza, barely any chicken and it was like they were out of onions. I was disappointed in this pizza and probably will give them one more shot for ole time sake. The pizza was so bad I had to leave a review.

We ordered the spaghetti dinners from Sal’s (S. Plaza Trail) which costs $24 with tip in-store pickup up. It was the worst meal l have ever had from this location. There was absolutely NO flavor to their sauce. Really lacked any detection of seasoning. I don’t know if you’ll remember the cafeteria spaghetti we used to to get served in elementary school but that’s all l can compare it to. Horrible! I called this location & spoke with the mgr. He was not any help. All he offered was to bring the uneaten portion back to the store so they could correct it. Unfortunately, l had already served my elderly neighbor a portion of it & my sister. That & l didn’t want to make a second trip back to this store.
Other than that, l can say that they have the BEST DELUXE STROMBOLI IN TOWN!!! Order that… And avoid the spaghetti at ALL cost.

6:00 PM on Saturday and place is a wreck; all cases empty. Looks like it is going out of business. The “chicken parm” was $20 ($40 because I bought 2) and it is horrible— not chicken breast. Literally it is 3-4 chicken tenders (from frozen) that they hide beneath mozz cheese. Sorry I ordered here. Steer clear!
PS – They also didn’t have the meatballs I bought and paid for. Slice gave me a refund for the meatballs but Sal’s refused any resolution on the bad chicken parm.

Decided to give this place a shot as we’re out of town. We didn’t get ranch or bleu cheese that we asked for with our wings and we were completely missing the small cheese calzone that we ordered. How hard is it to fulfill a order. Pretty ridiculous

I thought I was ordering NY style pizza, I ordered a medium mushroom and spinach pizza with beef. They were very stingy with the toppings and it was very unstatisfying, alsovery dry. I want be ordering from here again.

Had some dinner delivered from Sal’s last night while watching a PPV over at a friends house. The food was decent. Our order consisted of 2 pies, a Supreme and a Pepperoni. 2 orders of Wings, Hot and Medium and a side of Garlic Knots.
The pizza dough was fresh, toppings for the most part were ok. I thought the pies could have cooked a little bit longer as the slices were very chewy. The sauce was generic canned sauce. Basically these pizzas are what I would refer to as a utility pie. It’s not the best, certainly not the worst.
The wings looked like they had sat to long. Taste was fine but the moisture from them being wrapped in foil had definitely taken it’s toll and they were all kinda mushy instead of crisp. Disappointing.
Last but not least were the Garlic Knots. They were on point and super good. They also came with a large cup of Marinara for dipping. Absolutely delicious.
So like I said, a mixed bag. Again this was a carry out order, and the experience may be better if had dined in at the restaurant. Maybe we’ll see in a future review.

I just left this establishment after having the worst experience in customer service. I ordered an extra large pizza and mozzarella sticks over the phone when I came to pick it up as I typically do because I’ve been eating here for years, I tipped and was very polite to everybody in the establishment. When I got home and got ready to eat dinner including the mozzarella sticks I realized that there was no cheese in several of the mozzarella sticks, there were seven in the box total. When I called the establishment to ask if they could perhaps deliver me some because I live about five blocks away they didn’t even inquire about where I lived they just told me that they couldn’t because of staff, which was understandable. A young lady offered me 25% off of my next meal but I don’t know what I’m going to eat there again so I just asked for a refund. Upon doing so, I had to speak to the owner of the establishment Joe and he was very rude short tempered with me. He told me in order to get a refund I would have to bring the mozzarella sticks back he rushed me off the phone so I proceeded to go back to Sals Pizza and show him evidence that there was no cheese in my mozzarella sticks. The young lady at the front could not process the refund so he had to come out to the front and I explained to him my grievances and that I was disappointment with the service and how rude he was and that he didn’t apologize he looked at me and said “whatever ma’am” and proceeded to try to process the refund. As someone who’s been eating at this establishment since they were in high school I can say that I am deeply saddened at the decline of the customer service and the food quality I will never eat here again.
