Consistently (5+ times) told by one specific staff member that the register doesn’t work and I cant order in person. I am forced to sit in my car or the store and make my order in front of her. If she is the one who prepares the order it is wrong (4/4 times). This time I approached her about missing wings and without opening my box or asking me how many were missing she gave me the exact amount I was missing. Will be contacting general manager tomorrow and escalating appropriately.

These guys are so beyond professional! I’m coming in super late (within an hour of close @1am) and even with technical issues preventing me from placing order in store, they helped me place online so they could serve me! Food is absolutely fantastic which is to be expected from such great guys, but I’m horrified to find that they don’t even have the option to tip them online? Or even inside the store because the company doesn’t like their employees to make tips? If I could give that a negative rating I would!

Hello Wing-stop!
The worse place to visit and have Tenders and Chicken wings, when we entered the theme of restaurant is good with green colors and banners and seats but the worse part begins while ordering the food, The one in the counter don’t know anything he keeps irritating and shouting likewise.
He gives wired smile while eating food which will make you mad though.
After all these we went to take seat, and they took
Years to serve the food they keep chatting and having fun on their own without focusing on customers, when I go and ask about the time they told 10 min for that worse food
We ordered:
1. 8 Wings with Louisiana mad flavor = The quality of flavor and chicken is so so bad like anything.
2. 3 Tenders with Lemon Pepper = No proper cooking full oily and flavorful.
3. Fries = The worse fries that I have ever had, I felt like these should be inspected, They Look bad and taste awful .
Finally A dessert, Triple chocolate this is the only decent item in it :).
For those of you who are so hungry don’t try this place at all for the food, one time taste is more than enough for this restaurant.

After ordering online, I got nervous about doing so after reading the reviews. While I didn’t go to the store, and had our food delivered, everything we received was on time, an appropriate temperature, and the taste was amazing. This was our first time getting Wingstop and won’t be our last. I didn’t take photos, but we did order the 15 piece bone-in meal for two and fries, plus I added the Cajun corn as an extra addition. The chicken was well sauced and the pieces were all nicely sized. The fries, I asked for an extra cook time and they were perfect with the seasoning. And the Cajun corn? Wow! My only regret is that I only ordered the smaller serving of the corn, and now wish I went with the larger one.

We ordered over $70 worth of wings and specifically requested a longer cooking time so they’d come out crispy. I checked all the boxes to make sure they’d be prepared properly. Unfortunately, when our food arrived, the wings were soft, soggy, and almost raw. I tried calling twice, but no one answered. I’m very disappointed with this meal. I was ready to throw them away, but my husband suggested putting them in the oven just to salvage them.

My wife and I went in and placed an order around 5:40pm, They put the order under Dem because she didn’t hear my name and didn’t ask me to repeat it. When the person asked my wife if she wanted a combo she told her no, when we saw we paid for a combo my wife went to ask for a refund and the girl behind the counter argued with her about it. We also ordered and paid about $5 for a large ranch that we didn’t receive.

Don’t even waste your time trying to call, even if you have an order. They don’t care about answering the phone, and if they do on the 15th time they’ll just answer it with “hello”. Furthermore, don’t dare ask them a single question.. because then they’ll reply that you’re being rude and you need to leave immediately or they’ll call the police on you! Wow!
