Nestled in the mountains with it’s own mountain biking course, bicycle shop, and rentals, The Handle Bar + Kitchen offers deliciously crafted casual lunch and dinner with an outdoorsy and hipster vibe. We both enjoyed our burgers, The Cowboy Candy burger and the Brie burger. The natural cut home fries were crisp and golden with just enough seasoning. The burgers were delicious with generous melty cheese and a sweet jam or candied component to both. Enjoy local draft beers, a variety of craft cans, and a cooler of nonalcoholic options.

During the week, enjoy a peaceful and relaxing lunch with views of the forrest outdoors. There is some indoor and bar seating too.

When you enter, the first building on the left is the restaurant. Enter from the outdoor patio on your right and go inside to order at the bar. The window on the patio is a pickup window, not an order window.

Stopped in here and this was one of our favorite joints! The food was absolutely delicious, the beer was canned and the prices were definitely before the going rate! You’re eating right next to a goat farm and some pump mountain bike tracks. Goats were friendly and the tracks were walkable. Would absolutely love camping out here and doing some mountain biking, definitely one of the best most unique spots worth the visit, even if just for the food. The outdoor dining is beautiful.

Stopped in after hiking the endless wall trail with the dog. Had a burger and the hubby had the old school and they both were very yummie. Love that they were dog friendly and had water dish for the old girl. Staff was awesome and loved the pups. Definitely will come back.

This place is amazing! You can bike, pet goats, and eat amazing food all in one place. Food is high quality. Service is excellent. Staff went above and beyond to recommend local bike trails and gave so much history about the area.

Great lunch or dinner spot, good local beers, ciders and Kombuchq and killer brats. Goats to pet and feed and plenty of space for the kids to play while you enjoy. This place also offers camping and an extensive bike shop and repair shop and access to bike trails. This is our second time and this place does not disappoint.

We were out riding a motorcycle and thought it would be a nice place to eat. Looked nice . The goats were nice but the employees are very rude. After sitting at the bar for a few minutes and countless employees walking past us a fellow came out of the kitchen and asked what we wanted. I said we would like to order some food. He returned to the kitchen and a employee sat across from us and just sat there. After reviewing the menu for a while and no conversation from the help we got up and left. Guess we didn’t meet your standards for customers. So if you dont meet their standards you probably shouldn’t go there.

Nice outdoorsy place with bike rentals and trails. The food is mediocre; felt like I was eating off of a kids menu. The beer selection is okay.

I came here 2 yrs ago for lunch with family and everything was great! Fast forward to today, I missed restaurant time, but had beers with Brittany! WV Hospitality at it’s best. Recommended good beers and gave us great service. Want to camp here next time! Atmosphere is AWESOME! Laid back and neat with goats, dogs & assorted animals. Cool place!
