This past Sunday I went through drive thru it was the best frozen coffee ever from this location. Had ask who made the amazing frozen drinks ice was blended perfectly, flavor was on point! Thanks Ava, both girls super sweet and friendly shout out to them and excellenct coffee. A good Barista is a perfect start to any day <3

Ahhh I have yet to be disappointed at a Biggby coffee. I ordered a hot tan line coffee and my husband had a hot spotted owl.
Both were nice and hot and delicious. I also had an asiago bagel with cream cheese, perfectly toasted and great flavor.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
The decor was super cute and the shop was very clean.

Always reliable and kind. I travel a lot for work and tend to stop at BigB when I’m commuting. I have had my fair share of terrible visits to different locations, but I can always trust the BibB in Howard City never disappoints! Great job to all employees who keep serving all of us!

Whipped topping was melted. Pretty disappointed because that’s the best part.
This place is so inconsistent. Some days your coffee is burned. Others , it’s not.

First of all, I want to start off by saying I absolutely love Biggby. BUT, Recently, I’ve been running into some problems with their coffee. And it’s at more than just one location, unfortunately.
This specific Howard city location I always Have to go back and ask for a new fresh make coffee because mine is always burnt and watery taste -absolutely horrid.
Went back and got another, and it still taste the same.
This is very frequent at this location and every location I go to.
I always have to call the manager and complain. She changes “the expresso thing” As she referred to it and it’s much better.
Apparently that thing is supposed to be changed every 18 to 20 cups from my understanding and what I was told.
And again, every big location I go to I have the same experience. I would love to hear from the local district MANAGER. We all work very hard for our money and when we pay six dollars for a cup of coffee, our expectations are a good tasting cup of coffee, simply.
Not a bash to bigby big maybe this couple be a wake up call?

The coffee and food were fantastic, we were greeted by very cheerful employees eager to help us. The dining area was cramped and someone was allowing their little ones to occupy multiple tables (not Bigby’s fault). Wasn’t quite as relaxing as we had hoped for a Saturday breakfast.
