The ribs exhibited tenderness and a visible smoke ring. However, the smoky flavor profile was not prominent, and the ribs were perceived as overly salted. The accompanying mac and cheese was noted as dry, and a suggestion was made to incorporate some of the rib salt and pepper. The baked beans were well-received, with a recommendation to enhance them with pepper and onion. The pulled pork will be sampled on a future visit. Currently, the establishment holds a prominent position, particularly given the recent closure of a competitor.
