I don’t know why I even bothered to tip when I placed my order online. None of my mix ins were actually mixed in. No one said hello when I got there and I’m pretty sure I saw the girl roll her eyes after I made an attempt to get their attention when I walked up to the Uber eats pick up and no one acknowledged me. Check #67, 1/14/24 at 7:55pm. Attaching photo of giant chunk of cookie dough. Oh and they forgot my wife’s waffle cone.

Unpleasant experience regarding a doordash pick up order. October 12 Sunday around 0830pm walked into the store was given the wrong order and missing an additional item . Employee with red hair ponytail did not bother to check the order and was dismissive . The other Employee in black hair was aggressive when I asked her for fudge which was missing. She walks up to the counter she drops a metal utensil ON THE GROUND and proceeds to kick it out of the way.She then slams my bag into the trash can and says she will have to redo my ice cream.
At this point I am disturbed and walk out the store. Will be reporting to corporate.

They refused to make a shake because it was 30 minutes from closing. I have been to other Coldstones and never ran accross this issue.

I had a cold stone gift card, so I decided to pop by. It was my first and maybe last time. Ice cream was good, but the lady in the
black hoodie almost seemed irritated at me. Not everyone is a regular at ordering. Overall, ice cream was good. The customer service just killed the experience. I’ll stick to handles. I had the pumpkin flavor, and I asked for extra topping as well. Don’t think I got It. But the ice cream was tasty.

Came here a few months ago during the summer. It was when they had that collaboration with Mattel when they were promoting the Barbie Movie. I saw the Barbie movie opening night and then came here to try out the ice cream. I was not disappointed it tasted like childhood. Haven’t gotten the chance to come back but I hope too in the near future.

Prices have increased here! Smells so sugary in this place. Ice cream could have been a bit harder, melted pretty fast. Love the bday BOGO. Probably the only time I visit! Customer service is good also.

I like this place WAY better than the 1 in Victoria gardens! They know how to put the right amount of fixins’ in the mixture and are not out of waffle cones. This is the only Cold Stone that does custom ice cream cakes. I just wonder how that works when it is a wedding cake!? YES, wedding cake sized ice cream cake!

Great and fast service! I used my bogo birthday offer to treat myself to the aquaman and sweet cream mix with fruit. That was a definite winner and writing about this actually makes me want to go back for more. With its mouth-watering, secullant hints of cake based aquaman style filling – im forseeing a visit tomorrow to be honest. Yum! Well thanks Yelp. Ive made myself hungry for more cold stone.
