My Lady ordered online I go to pick up our order and I ask for hot sauces immediately first thing this older man worker starts. Laying into me telling me how if I use the online service I need to order my sauces on there I explained I didn’t order the food so I didn’t know that he says to me 3 times “o well now you know” very rudely to me . I explained I can pay for the sauces and he kept chewing me out about it then he finally gave me 4 sauces for a almost 40$ order I strongly advise avoiding this taco time You get treated very rude and get charged extra for sauce. And accosted if you’re not aware of that ? I would give zero stars if possible. Such disappointing customer service. Seemed like he may be the owner or manager which to me makes the situation even worse avoid this place !!!!

The burrito was a very large flour tortilla, soft and fresh with the SMALLEST amount of beef I could imagine. The crispy taco contained more beef. They were pretty good. Fresh ingredients.
I would have been happy if what they gave me matched what is displayed. Not even close.
The service was good, the atmosphere is a mall food court. No elaboration needed.
I won’t be a repeat customer. I don’t recommend spending your money here.

My partner got us take out from here when he went to pick up something else from the mall and 2/3 of our crisp burritos had beef when they were supposed to all be bean. We’re vegetarian so this made most of our food inedible (for us)

Yesterday will DEFINITELY be the last time I patronize Taco Time in the Vancouver Mall…The owner is a detached, RUDE person who clearly doesn’t know what customer service is. I totally understand the challenges in business these days, but my experience yesterday ( and in the past), confirmed that my $4.88 burrito is insignificant…The owner has a bad attitude and demeanor…his customer service skills are non-existent…Hard pass!

Nothing to complain about. Faster service than a lot of the other eateries at the food court, and interaction with the cashier is minimal, which I don’t really mind as an introvert. Pretty standard food for a Taco Time, and I’m addicted to their crispy chicken burritos anyway.
