Food truck located next to the outdoor patio of Loose Screw Brewing. It’s a match made in heaven.
I had the steak and roasted poblano tacos. Very good flavor and what seems to be homemade tortillas. Be forewarned, I ordered two and one would have been enough. Definitely a generous portion and larger than a normal street taco.
I could have used more salsa, next time I will ask. One of the best tacos I’ve had in the valley.

Wow! Wow! Wow! These tacos are the BEST tacos I’ve ever had! I absolutely love these spicy onions! YUMMMMM!!!! I ordered a “trio”, steak and roasted pablano, cochinita pibil and the pollo en mole verde tacos. SOO GOOD! Each come on a homemade tortilla and it is soooo filling!

Honestly, I don’t drink beer but my boyfriend does so I’ve come to Loose Screw several times. They do have hard cider also. However, what keeps me coming back is the taco truck. I have brought friends here, stopped for a random lunch, and overall been very impressed. One time I was getting a meal and ordered something with mole sauce, and the staff member came out and said he tried it and it was not up to his standards… so they made something else for me. The fact that they actually care about quality is amazing. However, the quesadillas are absolutely insanely delicious and today I got to try the veggie one. My boyfriend gets the steak and poblano pepper one pretty frequently, and even the cheese quesadilla is fabulous. Apparently they also do brunch now. The veggie one has roasted red and green peppers, onion, beans (not too much), and cheese. Do not hesitate to get the avocado sauce because that is mind-blowing. The staff have always been super nice, the food is fabulous, and it’s very chill there. I recommend it highly.

Sooo, sooo good! Went for Sunday brunch and it so much better than we ever expected. Best tortillas we’ve had in a long time, and the steak was excellent. We also tried the chilaquiles, and loved those, too. We will be back. (The brewery was great, too!)

Unbelievably delicious! We had no idea what we were in for, happened upon this stellar food while going to the brewery. When we noticed them fresh pressing the tortillas we got very excited. Everything was incredibly phenomenal. The tacos were so special and the habanero salsa was fiery fantastic. Such generous servings and incredible service, all reasonable prices to boot. We are so excited to return! Thank you so much!

Best quesadilla I’ve EVER had!!! I feel like a joy filled 5 year old every time I eat it. And, I eat it a lot! However, several times when I’ve gone there to get one they are closed earlier than the hours they have posted on their website. The disappointment and frustration when I have Quesadilla Brain leads me to leave a review that’s less than perfect. Unlike their quesadilla, which is always perfect.

Seriously the best Birria tacos I have ever had. The service was amazing and attentive, as well as a super fast turnaround rate on food from order time. I would highly recommend this to anybody! By now go to taco joint!

Found this place at the Taco festival and loved them! I was told they’re normally at Idawild Brewing. They hand make the tortillas in front of you, and their scratch made horchata was the best. I tried their trio sampler and was surprised that the pork was my favorite. Very quick and friendly staff. P.S to the owners- I still think you should look for a new marketing person.
