SURVEY VALIDATION CODE WAS NOT ACCEPTED HERE TODAY AT THIS LOCATION. Yesterday I had NO PROBLEM with them accepting the 11-digit code from the SURVEY that I did yesterday.
Today I did the SURVEY at 6:35 p.m. JUST A FEW MINUTES BEFORE I WENT INTO THE STORE WITH THE RECEIPT.
The Manager (MGR) took a picture of my receipt.
I explained 2 or 3 times AND I showed them the VALIDATION CODE SCREENSHOT PICTURE.
I spent about 20 minutes in the store waiting for them to VERIFY the receipt number.
The MGR went into the back office and I’m guessing she entered the SURVEY CODE VALIDATION NUMBER into a computer or made a phone call.
After a while the MGR came out and said the VALIDATION CODE is NOT GOOD and instead of the 11-DIGIT CODE they wanted a 4-DIGIT CODE.
SO I JUST USED A COUPON I HAD.
IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT, THEY SHOULD SERVE THE CUSTOMER, and deal with code problems with the company.
I had a VERY GOOD experience at this location a few weeks ago.
I have been at this same location several times recently.

The hours on Google, Apple, the Popeyes app, and the sign at the store say they open at 10. They insisted they opened at 11 and that everyone else, including their own sign was wrong. If my wife didn’t love coupons so much, I would not have waited for them to open at 11:05. They’re just too lazy to open on time, I guess.

Paid for a large fry and they filled it half way up. Crappie customer service aswell and waited 20 mins for a sandwich. Soggy fries, and they still got my sandwich order wrong!!

This is probably the nicest Popeyes restaurant that I’ve been to. Every staff member was always nice and friendly, and the food was always cooked perfectly. I would purposely drive to this location because of the wonderful customer service. The food always came out in a timely manner, and if they were waiting on a food item to be cooked, they would always let you know beforehand, so that way you didn’t have to wait too long. Also, most/if not all of the staff speaks Spanish, so if you’re not fluent in English, you could easily order in Spanish. I highly recommend this Popeyes location.

I use to love Popeyes, idk what they done to the food, the chicken fingers use to be small and crispy, now it’s like dinosaur meat or something, I’ve never seen a chicken fingers so big, and it tastes like rubber, I will never eat at Popeyes again, sides were good but super small, service was terrible, food is way overpriced waited 15 minutes when I was the only one in line, had to constantly repeat my order, and they were listening to music so they couldn’t hear me, this is a joke save your money do not go the one in the mall, if you want good chicken go to Foosackly’s or something, muchhhh better

Been to this Popeyes twice within the last month and every time I go, they never have enough food and cannot serve you what you want, first time I chalked it up to I was there a little later than typical so they just didn’t wanna cook chicken at the time second time I went was around lunchtime And still was told that I could only get a certain piece of chicken because they didn’t have any of the others. I’ve never been told before that I couldn’t get chicken at a chicken restaurant
