The manager and the assistant were amazing! While we waited for our order they gave us several samples which were amazing!! The manager was so personable gave us extra toppings. Wow! The service here was great I went in ordering for 5 people not knowing what I wanted which I hate cause I feel like an inconvenience but the workers there really helped me decide and had patience with me. I believe their names were Kaidyn and Ethan!

A few weeks ago I accidentally placed an order at this location instead of the Westminster location that I always go to. I called 4 MINUTES after placing the order and was told by the young man working there that I needed to CALL HIM back in 10 minutes so that he could call his manager to ask about this. I called back (2nd call) and was asked to give him my name and # so that he could give it to his manager and have HIM call me back. Shockingly, I never received a call so I called the store AGAIN (3rd call) and the young man called his manager while I was on hold. The young man said his manager told him that my order “would be taken care of” but of course never bothered to call me back even though he now has my name and #.
It’s been two weeks and I’ve received no refund or call from any manager. I tried calling the store again today (4th call) and was told the owner isn’t ever there and my best bet would be to call corporate to get a refund.
Maybe the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.
