Fantastic Mexican food. So glad to have this top notch restaurant in the area for all my Mexican food cravings. The chicken burrito was delicious and absolutely packed with chicken and beans and cheese. Well worth the price!! Can’t wait to try this again and will be going to the other 3 locations as well!

By far the best Mexican food I’ve had in the North East. I grew up in the South West and Mexican is one of my favorites. Living in Vermont I had given up on going out for Mexican. Everything up here is nothing like what I grew up eating. Until I found this place. The tortillas are spot on and flavors are too. It’s the only Mexican restaurant that I will go to now.

I have been searching for good Mexican food. I’m not picky with what I eat but I do have high expectations on what I will say is good. While it was not exactly what I was looking for it was the best tasting Mexican I have had up in the north. I highly recommend this place. The service is also very friendly. I will definitely be going back when I’m near the place. Good portions on the food as well.

It’s a gas station, it’s a Mexican restaurant, it’s an awakening. Aranadas quesabirria tacos took me to another planet or another country….as I bite in I’m immersed into the heart of Mexican culture. It’s the type of place you go when you’re starving and leave satisfied and smiling. It’s not the snack that smiles back at this gas station…It’s the meal.

Fell in LOVE this morning. Best Heuvos Rancheros I’ve ever had. Flavorful red sauce, perfectly runny eggs, and the refried beans! All of it was amazing. I’m not from Montpelier and only stumbled upon this gem on accident while looking for a place to get a drink nearby, during an emergency DMV trip. I may have went a LITTLE crazy and ordered two slices of Tres Leche and some flan as well as Horchata and Hibiscus Agua Fresca to share with family. BEST. HORCHATA. EVER. I will definitely make the 45 minute drive just for more Arandas.

Worse Mexican food I have ever eaten. I ordered the Red Salsa Enchilada. It had a teaspoon of sauce and nothing else. It was soggy and tasteless. I had one bite and thru it away. There were three of us and we all had the same experience. The person at the counter could not have been more rude. It was obvious we ruined her day by just ordering food and then she played some passive aggressive game by pretending the food was not ready. Any Mexican chain restaurant is better than this.

Arandas has been the best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time including the trips I’ve been on to Mexico the past few years. The order itself took a total of 12 minutes and was so hot I burnt my mouth. EVERYTHING was seasoned well. A wonderful blend of sweet, salty, and spicy without being overwhelming. The place was extremely clean with an open kitchen. Though informal Arandas has truly been the best restaurant in Vermont we have gone to. The price in total is fair. You can’t even leave a fast food chain without spending under $20. The price compared to the type of food and taste of food is unmatched though.Please ignore the negative reviews. It was phenomenal.

*Edit* 7/18. Over 2 weeks later. Despite promise from manager, refund never received. Was told it “takes time” to provide refund. Business literally stole money from me.
Ordered delivery, close to $70 for 3 meals. Food never arrived. Had to call restaurant multiple times, no solution. Finally got a hold of manager, was told I would be refunded. No refund. Stopped at restaurant to ask if they would at least prepare food I already paid for, was told no, I’d get a refund. A week later no refund. Avoid this place.
