Made an online order, Traveled 25 minutes, when I got there staff stated they didn’t receive order, no big deal, I waited. No apology after showing my receipt. Waited for my order. They also didn’t have a flavor I ordered, which still wasn’t a big deal to me. Cookie dough was delish, customer service could use just a tad help. Probably won’t be back, but the atmosphere itself was super cute, from the pink lights, to the pink couch. I can see where it would be a complete vibe for others.

I stumbled upon CDM while visiting a friend due to unfortunate circumstances. What I gem! Its location is perfect, name stood out immediately and the ice cream-cookie dough combination just added the cherries on top!

First: What a great place for sweets, the cookie dough comes in a bunch of different flavors like birthday cake and fudge brownie. Then you have the option of putting the dough into a cup, a cone (like ice cream) or as a milk shake. The staff was super friendly and ready to help satisfy your sweet tooth. It is located right next to Ferrus, and in the heart of the new trussville entertainment district.

I didn’t like this cookie dough. It left a greasy feeling in my mouth, it didn’t taste as good as I thought it would and it’s overpriced. The employee was asleep on the couch when we walked in.

We made a special detour to go by here yesterday on our way out of town because the location close to our home had closed their doors and I called ahead to make sure they would be open and it was TOTALLY WORTH IT!! The cookie dough is delicious. Several varieties. This location also sells ice cream. When we called ahead the gentleman even offered to stay late (after hours) if we were going to be running behind in traffic. What a rare courtesy these days! We made it in plenty of time though and couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of the product as well as the quality of the staff/management.

The inside of the store is super cute! Lovely atmosphere and the host was super friendly. I and my boyfriend got 2 milkshakes and a float all 3 extremely good. We like it more than Cold Stone Creamery down the road. All in all perfect place for a sweet treat!
