I have now visited Midlina twice and both times had a great experience. The food was delicious. The crab balls and cucumber appetizers are two of my favorites. I really enjoy the decor and overall atmosphere. The hidden speakeasy also is a unique feature that really sets this establishment apart from other nearby restaurants. The chef/ owner is extremely kind and talented. Will definitely be back.

First time at Midlina was excellent! I had the duck à l’orange and the smoked old fashioned and we had the calamari and halloumi as apps. Everything tasted great. Food takes a little longer than most restaurants to come out but we didn’t mind because we were there to socialize and have a couple of drinks before eating. Think of it more like a European restaurant experience where the pacing is more relaxed. Had a couple of Maker’s shots from Thor’s hammer then grabbed a couple of drinks at the hidden upstairs bar after dinner and made friends with Clint who was killing it with his acoustic guitar set. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. I honestly don’t have any criticism of Midlina and highly recommend it as long as you’re ok having a more relaxed pace of meal service; looking forward to coming back soon!

Ok so this restaurant was just so fun, the service is off the hook, the kitchen was swamped so it was a little slow, the drinks were amazing and Mae was just an amazing bartender and server. The food was so good and the presentation was great! Would 100% come back. Great date night place.

Tried the apps and that was far as we could go. The food look amazing but unfortunately, the taste didn’t match the look.
We tried the calamari appetizer, which was more bread than seafood. The rice in the middle was wrapped in something that just didn’t work taste wise.
The duck meatballs were dry and missing some seasoning. Tried to pair with cranberries and sauce that came with the meatballs and still didn’t save the dish.
Also, a lot of the entrees they were out of at 7 pm in the evening.
Overall, the sparkling water (Saratoga) was delicious and the best thing we had.

Came in late but the staff was super welcoming my husband and I ordered dinner and the food was fantastic!!! We sat at the bar and our bartender was so attentive and friendly!! The menu is different so she and the owner took their time explaining it and gave great recommendations I had the pork belly carbonara and my husband had the Ramen they were both seasoned perfectly!!! And absolutely loved the speakeasy Poe vibe. Will most definitely be going back

I was ready to love this place, but alas, it was a bit underwhelming. The food presentation is beautiful, and that must be what you pay for, because I found the food bland for the high prices. The homemade gnocchi sounded better than it tasted. Adding salt and pepper helped, but the dish fell short overall. The hummus and artisan bread was not good. The seafood pasta was made with too much butter and was just too basic for the price point. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere is nice. For the cost, there are better options in the area.

First time coming here after hearing great reviews from friends. It lived up to the hype. My husband got the pork ramen and loved it. I got the mixed kabobs and it was my first time trying Kafka. I enjoyed it. We had Poe’s nest for dessert which was a really lovely presentation. The chocolate mousse was delicious. Then we went upstairs to their speak easy and had a coctail which were tasty and imaginative. Would definitely go back.

Our team had an exceptional company dinner at Midlina Restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect setting for our gathering.
What truly stood out was the service. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout the entire evening. Their hospitality made our experience even more memorable.
We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be back for our next event in March. Highly recommended!

They really dropped the ball on Valentine’s Day. We ordered an appetizer and after 25 minutes the waiter tells us they ran out of it. So we decide to wait for our entrees, but it’s another 45 minutes. At this point we’re starving. When the food comes out, the duck breast was so small (and cold) that the kitchen offered a round of drinks to make up for it. Unfortunately I came to eat not drink, so I don’t want another shitty neon blue cocktail (it’s called the “bridge between continents”, don’t get it). I will not be coming back.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Midlina, and it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The food, drinks, service and ambiance all came together to create a memorable night out.
To begin with, the ambiance was inviting and stylish, setting the perfect backdrop for an enjoyable meal. The decor was thoughtfully chosen, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home.
Now, let’s talk about the food. The tandoori octopus was a standout dish – perfectly cooked, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The duck ramen was another highlight, rich and comforting with just the right amount of seasoning. Additionally, the beet hummus was a delightful surprise, vibrant and delicious, making it a must-try for anyone visiting.
As for the drinks, the espresso cocktail was simply divine. It was a fantastic blend of flavors that left a lasting impression.
The Speakeasy upstairs – Poe’s Tower was a nice way to end our night with some after dinner drinks.
Overall, Midlina is a gem of a restaurant that I can’t recommend enough. If you’re looking for amazing food and drinks in a lovely setting, this is the place to be!
