I would rate zero stars if I could. First they wouldnt let me use my gift card for the partial payment and wouldnt let me pay cash. When I tried to call I waited for 10 minutes and was greeted by a very rude man who did not even ask my name. I called when it was already 15 minutes late. And was told I have one driver its next. And hung up. The time said 25 to 35 minutes. I know those can be updated as a former employee.

We order from this location on Missouri Blvd frequently. The order is always ready in 15 min or less and piping hot. Every time, the pizza is perfect even though we always order half one topping half another. The staff is friendly and kind and it’s easy to get in and out for pickup.

No concern for customer safety. Ordered third party and the box was not sealed, no lid on the pasta. Very easily tampered with.

This was my second time ordering pizza for pickup that was already very cold and the crust was as hard as a rock, even though I picked it up as soon as it was ready. Did not taste freshly made. Most pizzas are too hot to even eat immediately if you pick them up in the same time frame.

had a terrible experience. i called in an order, and after trying to say that was all, the operator kept asking what i want. maybe i just couldn’t understand what he was saying, but he was either saying pasta or something else. i eventually got my order across and hung up after continuously saying for delivery . i waited a full hour after the operator told me only 15 minutes, assuming it was busy. i called back to check on my order only to find out they had it ready for pickup. i just wanted some cheese breadsticks. i also called again to see what was going on, and i was hung up on.
