I recently had the pleasure of visiting So Trucking Good for the first time, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience! The fish was incredibly crispy and delicious, perfectly cooked to achieve that satisfying crunch with every bite.
The creamy mac and cheese was equally impressive, rich and comforting, making it the perfect side dish. The green beans were nothing short of amazing fresh and seasoned just right and creamy that complemented the meal beautifully.
Additionally, the bourbon chicken and shrimp plate was a standout hit! The flavors melded perfectly, creating a delicious and satisfying dish that kept me coming back for more.
I can’t wait to return for another visit. So Trucking Good has definitely earned a loyal customer with their fantastic food!

You have to go on their social media to figure out where they’ll be parked. The wait for food is gonna be like 20+ minutes. I got the wing plate with Mac and candied yams. The chicken is good, got the Jango chicken and the original. Jango didn’t really have much of a heat to it but was sweet and still pretty crispy despite having sauce. There mac was velvet smooth, perfectly cooked but not really flavorful, just tasted lightly salted no real cheese flavor. The yams were sweet, not much of a flavor profile other than that. My next visit will be just the chicken without the sides. I wish they’d updated the menu on here or even have it posted on their social media so I know what to get before showing up

Super friendly and accommodating. Asked for my shrimp and chicken to be separate there was no problem. They were so kind and went out of the way to find out about ingredients because my food allergy isn’t common.
We got a chicken sandwich and fries I personally only got to taste the fries and they were delicious. I got bourbon chicken and shrimp. I loved my dish. My boyfriend had the shrimp and what I couldn’t eat of my food he loved it. Definitely coming back again!!!

They gave me an extra piece of chicken and shrimp for my extra few minutes of waiting. The music they were playing was on point, and they made it better by switching to another song when Diddy started playing. Now how cool is that . The food is delicious and I will be back.
