They gave me half of my food and when I asked them about the rest they said “we’re closing that’s all you get” then slammed the drive through window in my face and locked it. Unbelievable. I would appreciate it if a manager or owner reached out to me and refunded me for the food they charged me for but refused to give me. It was 7:30 and the sign said they closed at 9.

This is the ONLY Bojangles I’ll go to in the Charleston area because they’re always polite, fast, and the food is always fresh!! I had more than a few bad experiences at another location closer to my house so now I drive from West Ashley to North Charleston because the employees here are GREAT!! I’ve NEVER had any issues here so TOTALLY worth the drive!!!

Please don’t eat here. Please take this review seriously and not as just another disgruntled customer. I ate here and less than 12 hours later I was in the Hospital and still am recovering nearly 4 days later. Your health is not worth the gamble this place needs to be inspected by the board of health immediately.

We did a huge order at this location for our staff lunch which fed about 50 people. They had the food ready on time, it was fresh delicious! 🙂 They didn’t miss even one item, they provided condiments and even offered us plates/utensils! Most places miss half of your order when all you got was a 3-piece! Thank you Greg, Gloria, Bridget, Brianna and Wendy for your hard work and attention to detail! And shout out to Yolanda for having such an amazing staff!

I just want to take the time and say thank you to the new GM they have MRS TIEARRIA! Job well done with your STAFF! I want to think her for the spontaneous service on yesterday 11/26/24. I came in placed an order young lady greeted me with the best customer service I’ve ever experienced she took my order FOOD was very marvelous and delicious. This place has gotten so so so much better with the Quality of the food. Before I left I asked to make a holiday purchase to give to the business and to give to the needy. I’ve purchased four 20 piece family meals I paid for it and ask to be picked up today 11/27/24 by 12! I’ll be glad to leave another review and this location will always have my pleasure to share the experience with them.

Isn’t there a time limit on how long food can stay in a warmer? The skin on the piece of chicken in my sandwich was like leather. Are you serving leftovers from lunch at 4:30 PM? The fries were so salty I had to spit them out. $10.00 wasted.

Popped into this location to grab a couple bo-berry biscuits on my way to the airport. the lady at the counter offered to put the icing on the side so my biscuits stayed good as long as possible. top notch service.
