ordered two kids gelati’s and a small gelati. Kids size was same price as a small. Why not just give a small and not offer a kids if you can’t adjust price. It was a penny less for a kids size vs small. They charged a custard fee for a kids gelati making it the same price as the small but with less water ice. Makes zero sense and for that I will not be back. Plenty of other local ice cream shops in the area.

Literally the worst Rita’s ever! If you’re looking for consistency, this is Your place, they consistently never have any good flavors and when I asked if they would make a flavor I liked, they acted like it was a huge inconvenience. I then tried to order a pup cup for my dog and was not able to do so because they have a minimum on card usage! Pretty terrible if you ask me!

Pretty good. Pretty much all the water ices are vegan which is awesome! Would love to see a vegan ice cream option, maybe have some music playing outside to liven it up, and some more eco friendly cups, straws, lids, spoons etc. Other then that, really good experience.

Possibly the worst Ritas I’ve been to. To start there is a line with multiple customers but only 1 employee taking orders, even though there are multiple employees working. The girl who helped us said she was the manager which is very concerning to me seeing how she had to walk to the back MULTIPLE times while making my sundae because she kept forgetting different things that she had taken back there accidentally, I honestly couldn’t imagine her being left in charge. I actually told my daughter that we will not be coming to this Ritas again.

Stopped by today because I have been craving custard and was extremely disappointed it tasted so grainy than I look at it and it literally looks like there’s sand in it , look it up on google and it’s says clearly it’s old .

Girls that work there are so sweet. I grew up right next to Rosati’s Water Ice in Clifton Heights Pennsylvania so I have a very high expectation on Water Ice. Rita’s fills that expectation and more. And did I already say how cute and sweet the girls that work there are?
