The food was delicious and everything I was craving that night. My husband and I got the salmon teriyaki and the beef teriyaki which were both very enjoyable. We also got the tempura shrimp which was a bit too much crisp than shrimp which was disappointing. The service was alright, the food came out the time they said it would but the man at the counter forgot to give me my drinks when I requested them. Besides that my husband and I had a very good time

The bowl was already half gone before I even thought to take a photo — my son loved it! We were both pleasantly surprised by how flavorful everything was, especially the meat. Great taste, generous portions, and a solid value. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The front desk person a smaller asian man with glasses is very very rude when taking orders over the phone, snappy disrespectful tone and doesn’t say thank you or speak on a friendly tone. Needs to learn customer service skills. The food here is okay as it’s the only hawaiian bbq place in Livermore. The quality of food isn’t bad but lacks flavor and could be cooked longer as there’s no sear on the chicken or beef. L&l and Ohana bbq are better and worth the drive.

The food hits the spot. The katsu is perfect and meets the comfort food requirement. I’m not ever saying this is great food but for the price and quantity I’m a return customer. FYI one small plate lunch feeds two adults easily. Our family goes there at least once a month.

Service was quick and friendly. The portions for the price are awesome. Their BBQ chicken is what brought me back but my son tried the chicken katsu which was also delicious and both of us went home with leftovers.
I wish they had more images of their food because their menu is expansive.

The quality and quality of the food here is great! That chicken karagee plate is only $10!
It’s more Japanese flavored, but still very delicious. The portion size is big, I expected a small plate of chicken karagee but I got a full entree.
Highly recommend.

I have been hearing a lot of good things about this place and finally gave it a try. Pretty generous portions at a reasonable price. The beef is amazing! It was pretty busy in the middle of the week around dinner time but I would come back again.

My Family and I were craving some Hawaiian BBQ and wanted to try something new, so I looked on google. After sorting through many restaurants and reviews I found Kyoto Ramen Hawaiian BBQ. Their menu had a WIDE variety. They honestly have a little bit of everything. Ramen, Tempura, Hawaiian, Poke, Seafood, Burgers, Fries and so much more!
After taking a deep dive through the menu, we decided on 4 chicken combos. We placed our order over the phone. The gentleman who answered was very nice and repeated our order to make sure it was correct. He informed the order will be ready in 10-15 minutes.
When I entered the restaurant there were a couple of tables to eat, which was nice to know for the future. When I went to the counter to pay for our food I was informed they only take card. Which was ok but kind of inconvenient especially since I planned on paying with cash. After a couple minutes my order was ready.
After making it home it was time to eat. Let me tell you. It was well worth the wait. The food was absolutely AMAZING! Portion size was good, great value for your money. There were zero complaints on the food. Everything was cooked to perfection and it was delicious.
I live 2 towns away and I’ll happily make that drive especially when the food is this good.

We had this for our Christmas Eve dinner via take out … We got in to pick up the order and there was no one in the restaurant… Within 10 mins the whole place was packed and you can smell the yummy… Very good and flavorful food! Hella options and decent prices…
