I’m done ordering from Domino’s in Streator. Pizzas are usually totally dry and toppings are incorrect. If you order a thin crust pizza and pay for extra toppings, it’s highly likely that you will receive no extra toppings from my experience. I just ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Totally dry. I peeled back the cheese and they didn’t even put Buffalo sauce on the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. I gave up on this location completely. Dry and No Toppings!

Well, where do I start? I was actually going to order and redeem a free pizza that I received in my email because Domino’s in Huntington Indiana screwed it up last week.
I was told I couldn’t pick it up. I had to order a delivery. What a scam. I ordered Domino’s all the time. I travel a lot and I order at least twice a week. The last two times I’ve ordered horrible.
I’m in Streator, Illinois tonight. I ordered my typical. Medium is extravaganza, crunchy thin crust., spicy jalapeño chicken and pineapple
One cup of garlic sauce, and one cup of habanero. I also ordered plates and forks because I’m in a hotel. Samantha was the delivery driver.
I did not get my garlic sauce. I got ranch. The spicy chicken was overcooked and dry. Samantha said she was going back to the store which is only a half a mile away from my hotel. It’s now been two hours and she’s still not back.
Another massive fail from Domino’s. Look below I’m starting to collect the free pizza emails and they won’t redeem them unless you order delivery.

Outstanding pizza. Ordered 2 pizzas and nuggets. Picked it up through the drive thru and although I waited a little bit, it was one of the best fast food pizzas I’ve had for its value. Will be coming back

Have free bread bites in my email every time I try to order online. Check says $21.59. I tried many times even called, they said it must be done online, I told them I tried. And check out says $21.59. Now we buy all our pizzas at the Hanger 1802, much better pizza and even better than Joe’s StationHouse. Bah, bye, Domino’s

The order was wrong. I received a notification that my food was ready for pickup. I pulled up to the window and they told me it would be 10 minutes and to sit in the parking lot. I sat in the parking lot for 45 min waiting for my food. I went inside and asked for a refund and the person that helped me said he would give me a 25.00 in store credit. I also have an allergy to onions and requested that no onions come in contact with my food. My pizza had onions on it! Terrible experience and will never go back.

Normally don’t leave reviews but service was so bad I just feel I have too. I ordered through the app which had initially said my food was delivered after 10 minutes of saying completed I called the store to check why it wasn’t here. The store representative said it had just got out of the over and would be here soon. Upon arriving the order was incorrect. They had given me a regular crust pizza when I had ordered a thin crust. I called back into the store and it seemed they already knew they had made the mistake. They put me in hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on me. I was persistent and called back they finally answered to talk to me and as soon as I mentioned my order was incorrect they hung up on me again. Literally the rudest thing they could have done. I kept having my daughter call the store who eventually did tall to the manager who said that the delivery driver had to many orders and was not sure if they could correct the issue. Will never order from this Domino’s again and it’s a shame I love the Philly steak pizza but it’s not worth dealing with this kind of service or treatment. Literally want to let everyone know what you will most likely run into if something gets messed up and it probably will.

The one con I’ve always found to be consistent when ordering from Domino’s is that their traditional hand-tossed crust is incredibly lacking. I only order from there for the sandwiches, sides, and other crust types. The Pan is a real winner in my eyes with how it’s prepared, and if you’re like me and like your pizza well done, make sure to go to special instructions and pick well done. They will make sure it has a little extra crisp when you go to have a slice!
