Ordered a chicken avo sandwich with an apple for the side. Received beef instead of chicken (how do you mess that up?!) and no apple. I wish I would have looked on google reviews before I ordered so I didn’t waste my money

Decided to stop by for a bite to eat with my wife during our layover period here, huge mistake. Food took forever to be made and without any of the modifications we had input from the kiosk and paid extra for. The two staff members up front were constantly scrolling on their phones and gave attitude when handing out the food orders. Almost did not have time to eat before our flight had to leave, 20 minutes in the debate to cancel the order was already in my mind, wish I would have instead of being disappointed when I finally got the chance to eat and saw I got ripped off.

Another poor service experience at the concourse e panera. My order included paid modifications that weren’t made, I walked 10 minutes back to the restaurant to have the kitchen staff argue with the front staff that no they had made the order correctly necessitating me opening the food in front of them to prove they were wrong?? And their solution was to give me what they hadn’t modified so by the time I sit down to eat the food is cold and soggy. Zero stars.

Worst service. We missed flight! While workers laughed and joked inside! 2- 3 workers receive orders and saw 3 more inside. So they fully stuffed for proper service, they just don’t eant to. The wait time for 1 veg sandwich is min 45 min!!!

The food at this Panera Bread is actually quite good, and considering it’s located in an airport, the value for money is perfectly acceptable.
However, the service was absolutely abysmal. The front-of-house staff seems completely disinterested and lost.
My advice: Avoid interacting with the staff if possible. Your best bet is to order everything via the kiosks or the app and just hope that your order comes out correctly.

How this place remains in business is beyond me. 15 people waiting at least 20 min for their orders.
Maybe not enough staff?? Or they are just slow as molasses. People canceling orders bc they are waiting so long. Do better Panera/Charlotte!

Many items on the menu were sold by 8pm.
I ordered soup and baguette…should have looked inside right away. By the time I got to my gate and opened the bag, no baguette. Will call them to see how they will reimburse me for that.

I just stopped by for a mango smoothie, but when I arrived there were so many people waiting for their orders. I was a little downhearted but stepped up to order anyway. They took my order and name and I joined the masses. Amazingly the large group of people all got their food in ten minutes, so I got mine much sooner than I thought.

Worst workers ever. Worst servers ever and worst food ever. I’m pretty mad right now. I ordered the chicken bacon avocado sandwich and they put pickles on it like I’m an idiot. I am taking off in 10 minutes, otherwise, I would go give them a piece of my mind. There were 5 people “working” but doing nothing!

Worst experience ever. Waited 20 mins (from 1:30-1:50) for my food along with at least 10-15 other people. They’re super short staffed and not cognizant of what’s going on. My order was sitting in the window with at least 5-6 other orders for what seemed like 5 mins (probably 2 mins) because the register person was in the back. Finally he came out and passed them out. Once I finally found a place to sit and eat, the sandwich was not cut in half and it was in the wrong bread. I order the bacon turkey bravo sandwich all the time and noticed right away that the bread was not correct. The bread I had was sourdough versus the tomato basil bread. I ate it because I was hungry but wish I took a pic. Anyway I’m fine now that I ate but awful awful experience due to the wait and the order being off. Also! Terminal E is not the best. There’s a lack of places to sit and not a lot of options for food. I had to find an empty gate to sit and finally eat my food. I originally arrived in terminal D and food options looked good, so I thought I’d head to E since that’s where my connecting flight was. I wish I had eaten at terminal D because there were a lot more options for food. I don’t normally check reviews for an airport eatery but I wish I did… sounds like this place continuously has problems…
