I never paid 56 dollars for that supposed to be 2 combos! Also veggies were burn and old, the lady charged everything separately instead make combos.. never come here again. Also she packed them bad that I can’t hold it to eat it

Avoid this Subway! You are only aloud 3 veggies on the meal deal sandwich, which is bs! I asked the lady which I’m assuming is the owner of this was all subways only allowing 3 veggies. Her reply was definitely shady and obviously they are choosing this on their own as a store! Another subway less than 3 miles away does not practice this bs policy. More importantly the lady was rude and did not thank me for coming in. These people own a lot of business, they have no clue what customer service and customer retention is at all! To the owner… We have choices were we spend our money. I will definitely not return to your store. I should have went next door to Parkers hot dogs were they are 100 percent customer appreciation and know how to run a business that retains customers. You should go nextdoor to find out the basics of customer service!!

I ordered grilled chicken with avocado which supposed to give out 50% more meat (supposed to be given 3 scoops of chicken) but was only given 2 scoops, i asked if they give me more chicken cause it says as advertised and they lied to my face. I was almost charged $20 for a regular sandwich which it was supposed to be about $15-16 after tax. I think they over charged me for the avocado on top of the order.

The lady working today 5/1 was so freaking rude!! I will never come back to this subway. I came in with a coupon that was sent to us in the weekly mailers. This subway is the closest to our home so we assumed that since it was in our mailers they would accept the coupon but the lady saw my coupon and yelled what is that? A coupon? I said yes and she unprofessionally and very loudly and in the rudest way possible said we don’t take coupons. Like, there is a nicer way to address customers and this lady doesn’t know how. I’ve also sent a complaint to headquarters

This is the worst subway I have ever been to. The sub I usually get, that’s is normally 15$ was 23$. This place was so much more overpriced than any fast food I have ever been to. The restaurant was very dirty with trash on the floor and crumbs everywhere. It would be great if I could give this place 0 stars but I can’t. The veggies were soggy and not ripe. Do not ever come to this subway!!!

I haven’t had Subway for awhile (2 years) but I had a gift card so I went and unfortunately they didn’t have pastrami which was very disappointing so I ordered a meatball and it was good but the person taking and making my order wasn’t very personable and I was the only one in there except another person that was a friend or co-worker and honestly wasn’t a friendly experience. I will go to a different place next time especially if I want a pastrami which they didn’t have.

When I walked in, there was only 1 gal working. She was very mean, and didn’t want to take our order. She had an attitude the entire time and kept talking through her headphones. Don’t tip her. Not worth your time going to a crappy fast food place. I got home, and there weren’t much sauces on my sandwich either, and it wouldn’t close like a sandwich.
