Communication problem over the phone. Specifically asked how much a side of corn was and was told $3.00. When we got home with the order , we were charged $13.50 for a side. When I called back they were closed. So I called the next day and explained the situation. I was told the person on the phone made the mix up and when she checked with the chef it was actually more. At that point a call back should have been made on their part. Never would I pay $13.50 for a side. She said sorry it was the girl who answered the phone, she didn’t know what she was doing. She said she will refund me and I will be holding them to that. Incompetence on their end shouldn’t cost me money. That’s just bad service!!

Definitely a hard pass on the chicken and house special rice the chicken had way too much feathers on it I had to toss it in the trash and the rice was overly bland lo mein was good I’ll try again but definitely not the chicken

They refused to deliver to my house when I live 2 miles aways. Their website says 3.5 miles is the limit, but for some reason they still refused to deliver to my house because it’s “the other side of Meriden”… Like Brother the GPS literally says 2.0 miles away idk why yall being difficult.

I’ve been coming to this place ever since I was a kid and the food has always been something me and my family will always love to eat. The staff are the best and kindest people ever. I highly recommend this place it’s the best Chinese place in the area!
