Like, might as well go make your own sandwich, I asked for a simple foot long portion of turkey to be added to my spicy Italian, was more than willing to pay for the extra and got told no, every other subway I have been to dose it? Was watching them make other sandwiches and you would swear there is a vegetable shortage with how little they used.

it’s been a while since i went to subway and i usually get the same sandwich. no one has ever made fun of me the way the woman with the sore on her mouth did at this restaurant today. i work in food service so i usually never leave a review because i get things happen but this woman literally made fun of my order to me and to her coworker in front of me (she literally said “wow this is my first time heating up just a bacon sandwich” to her coworker, and when i first ordered she questioned why i only wanted bacon on my sandwich and not chicken too in an extremely disrespectful way) i guess if you want a blt from subway expect to be shamed by this staff

April was amazing. I order for my mom 84 and she was very satisfied. Wanted another one the next day. Unfortunately she is on a strict diet. Will go back and do it again. Hopefully April is there again. April’s customer service is wonderful. Hard to find these days. Thank you April

So I ordered my food yesterday day and it was all messed up. I called and told a lady that I would like to have my order replaced at least and that I understand mistakes and she said she couldn’t because she wasn’t a manager and hers had left already for the day and so I waited until the next day to get my order. I called once and got hung up on before I could even say anything. I called back explaining what happened and they said they would go ahead and start on the remake. I told her I was at work and in a bit of a hurry she said okay and when I got there which was 10 min later, they still hadn’t even started my order, nor was I even greeted. They weren’t busy at all. Terrible experience, I will be sure to order from the subway down the road from this one. I was happy that they agreed to replace the order but everything thus far hasn’t been very satisfactory. I’ve been standing in this store for already 6 minutes infront of the make line and no one has said anything to me. Its almost as if im getting the cold shoulder all because I asked for a remake that they messed up on in the first place. Just wow.

Should not even be a 1 star review. The people making the sandwiches were terrible. Barely put anything on the sandwich and when asked to put a bit more got sassy saying it would be a fee. When asking what we wanted on our sandwiches, the one girl rolled her eyes and acted as if she had better things to do. She slammed the bread down on the counter like she was upset or something. I don’t care if you’re in training or what, there’s no reason to act that way. If you don’t like your job, quit.
